Nel’s Carpet Cleaning Ltd Omdömen

Had Nel’s clean my carpets following the end of a tenancy and done a great job. Carpets look good as new, would highly recommend!

Had three large oriental rugs cleaned (1st time in over 35 years) and was totally impressed with the finished product. Rugs came up like new. Billy and his team did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you to Nel’s carpets for doing an amazing job on our front room and hall way. Highly recommend their services, we had some tough stains from every day life and Billy worked his magic and they have come out brand new!
Thank you again!

Very reliable and professional every time.
We have had carpets and cleaned by nels carpets and both come up brand new every time.

Billy is very knowledgeable on what he does and can’t fault in his workmanship.

Highly recommend

Amazing!! Nel’s Carpet Cleaners have made our carpets look like new again!! For 6 months I have had to move my coffee table to cover a stain I just could not shift. This was no problem for Billy and the team. Coffee table is now back in its usual spot and the carpets look like new. I cannot speak highly enough of the service received. Guys were on time, polite and respectful and did a great job. I will certainly be using them again.

We used Nel’s for our Marble floor in our kitchen after it started becoming a little dirty.

We commented on the yellowing marks on the white marble, which we wanted remove. Billy was very honest & explained what caused the yellowing & it wasn’t possible to move these. However the overall clean was amazing and we were so pleased with the overall finish.

Very honest & reliable company. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Billy & his guys on a few occasions & have always been very impressed.

We find them always polite, on time & never have any issues leaving them in our home whilst we are at work.

10/10 service & would recommend to everyone.

I couldn’t recommend Nel’s carpet cleaning anymore.
They were very professional and have literally transformed my furniture and my carpets.
I’m so happy. Thank you so much

Billy at Nels carpet cleaning was great. We’ve had him in from small pet accidents to whole up and down stairs cleans. No detail was missed and was left smelling amazing. Highly recommend Billy to anyone who is looking for quality, honest and professional service.

I had the pleasure of hiring Nels Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in my 5-bedroom house, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I contacted them, the service was impeccable. The scheduling process was smooth and the team arrived right on time, ready to tackle the job.

Nels Carpet Cleaning's team was not only professional but also incredibly courteous and respectful. They took the time to walk through the house with me, discussing any specific areas of concern and addressing all my questions and queries. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service really stood out to me.

When it came to the actual cleaning process, I was amazed at the level of expertise and thoroughness displayed by the team. They used top-of-the-line equipment and high-quality products to ensure that every inch of my carpets was given the attention it needed. What really impressed me was their ability to remove a stubborn red wine stain that I had previously been told was impossible to get rid of. Nels Carpet Cleaning's team not only removed the stain completely but also restored the carpet to its original, pristine condition. I was truly blown away by the results.

Furthermore, the team worked efficiently and diligently, completing the job in a timely manner without compromising on the quality of their work. The carpets looked and smelled fresh, and I could immediately notice the difference in the air quality of my home.

In addition to their exceptional cleaning prowess, Nels Carpet Cleaning's pricing was fair and transparent. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, and the value for the service provided far exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I can't recommend Nels Carpet Cleaning enough. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding results have made me a loyal customer. If you're in need of carpet cleaning services, look no further than Nels Carpet Cleaning. They are simply the best in the business, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Five stars all the way!

Let’s be honest here- I don’t claim to be an expert in the art of carpet cleaning but I am the owner of two dogs three cats and two teenager- someone who has tried to save money with a rug doctor (carpets left soaked) a vax (blew that up!) and the cheap and cheerful carpet cleaners (although lovely people you did leave stains so be honest!)
Well these guys are a whole level up! (they know about enzymes don’t you know!!) - fab communication, slightly pricier but hear me out, carpets dry 40 minutes after leaving, cream carpet (don’t forget the pet breakdown) looks like new! Do it! Amazing! You won’t regret it!

I can't stop raving about Nel's Carpet Cleaning! From the moment they started, their team showed a level of professionalism and care that truly set them apart. My carpets and hard amtico flooring have never looked better – they managed to tackle stains I thought were impossible.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. It's clear that they take pride in their work, leaving no corner untouched. The results were not just clean; they were rejuvenated. Walking on my carpets now feels like stepping into a brand-new home.

Beyond the exceptional service, the team was friendly and respectful. They took the time to explain their process and answer any questions I had. It's rare to find a company that combines expertise with such a personable touch.

Nel's Carpet Cleaning has earned my trust and loyalty. If you want more than just a cleaning service, but an experience that leaves your home transformed, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend Nel's to anyone in need of top-notch carpet and flooring care.
