Svar från KOMSCAPE Ltd | Carpet | Vinyl | Artificial Grass
Hi Andy, we would like to apologise that you have had a negative experience with us. We have now resolved this issue since but as explained, our systems were down so we were unable to make any contact with yourself, or our third-party courier. We escalated this to the company director as soon as we could, who did contact your colleague to inform you of our systems being down. Like with all our deliveries, we provide our customers with tracking numbers. You were provided with a tracking number before our systems were down, but sadly our third-party courier did not assist. We have taken this issue with customer services to ensure this does not happen again. We have since refunded you for the missing item, which was lost via our third-party courier.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Kind Regards, Komscape Limited
Really helpful and flexible
I contacted Komscape because the smallest size carpet they sold on eBay was 2 x 2m, but I only needed enough for a car boot. They were kind enough to cut me a piece just the right size, which luckily could ship by Evri and they included that in the price. A tiny order, but great to work with such a helpful company!

Excellent company
Excellent company! Ordered on a Monday (due to last minute cancellation from my carpet fitter through no fault of his own). Molly at Komscape found me the exact same carpet and it was delivered 2 days later! Thank you. Will definitely use again.
