Our buyer was pre approved for a usda government loan. Through the 45 day process there was a credit issue but our buyer paid off the debt and they were told that the loan could proceed. The buyer’s agent tried to get in contact with Neighbors Bank numerous times for an update with no answer. The broker had to get involved and then were told the buyer did not meet the requirements for a USDA or FHA loan. Not only is this a waste of time for us selling our home but a waste of time and HOPE for this potential first time home buyer. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from this lender and the false hope.

A HUGE shout out to everyone at Neighbors Bank that help us get into our new home! Becca, Marissa, Tiffany, Cecil, Brooke, Lacey and Kaddie busted their butts to get their jobs done and us to closing a bit ahead of schedule!
