Matt Ambrose really is a credit to the company, a great rep who doesn't push to sell you a cruise but is very informative, giving great advice and amazing prices, so much cheaper then booking direct. Jack Kay the boss of need that cruise is also brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they are always available 24/7 to answer any questions.
