Ordered a Mini Airbrush for painting modelkits. After using it for the first time I was stoked with the results! After years of painting with brushes this was a gamechancer for me and had so much fun now painting my model kits ! I have even made a video for Facebook for them and John helped me with this. Bought the battery airbrush for painting model kits.
Well priced. It came within 2 weeks at no extra cost or import tax. It worked fine for a few weeks.
The product failed so I contacted Neat and Handy.
They replaced the item after I sent them a video of its operation.
Great customer service.

Delivery took a while, but N&T do make you well aware of this possibility. My mini Airbrush turned up and although I haven't used it yet it seems to be working fine. Some very helpful videos on Youtube deal with cleaning and stripping down. I do need to look into the various adjustments though, as this is my first airbrush.

The product is awesome!! It took over a month to receive however Customer service was very good and they even had to resend the product if not for the delivery issue I would easily give this 5 stars. I use it for small puzzle pieces and fine paint by numbers m. This way I can stay between the lines.! I did not pay a port of entry tax.

I just want to give kudos to Neat n Handy for their most excellent customer service.
I had purchased the mini airbrush to use for my model railway projects as it seemed like it would be a nice little option and not overly expensive to invest on something I’d never tried before. It arrived swiftly and was set aside as I didn’t have any pending painting projects on the go and I was a bit intimidated by this new tool.
By the time I got around to needing to try it out and got my nerve up enough to do so quite a few months later, I ran into an unexpected issue.
After unpacking the set and charging it as per the instructions it would not operate at all. The charger would show it charging and/or charged but the power would not engage the compressor to do anything with it.
I contacted Neat n Handy via their web site and explained my issue. They responded the next day and requested a video of the issue to review what was or wasn’t happening. This I forwarded and upon review was told they would replace the item for me. Terrific news!
The following week a replacement arrived that was charged and ready to use.
I have to say this was the smoothest customer service transaction I have experienced in a long time.
A huge Thank You to these folks for their upstanding and most generous support service. I will absolutely consider purchasing again from this company.

My original order went missing in the post, but when I contacted these guys they were onto it straight away. I received my airbrush today and I am really happy with the product and service ! Also, if you buy one of these, do yourself a favour and buy the carry bag as well !

Just as advertised! Got home from a mini painting convention and ordered our first set to try. Loved them so much we ordered a second pair yesterday. It has really upped our painting experience. We’re fairly new to the hobby but we’ve loved playing our games even better when the minis are painted. So this product is a must have!

VISON AID EXCELLENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM. The packaging of the Vision Aid was both excellent but also professional. I bought the product as I will be painting and modeling small items such as little people in O scale. The light is focused and multiple lens give me choices depending on the the size of the object I am painting or assembling. I live in Canada and crossing the border was easy and the package arrived quickly. As for Professionalism, I also appreciated the followed email to ensure I both received the package as well as checking to ensure it was ok and that it met my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend this

John was very helpful. My order was set to come just I was going on vacation and he put it on hold until I was back.
The order came within the time frame advertised with no problems.
Also as Croatia is part of the EU the handling of the VAT payment was handled the company and I had no problems or additional charges when receiving the package.

These glasses are great. I needed a new set for painting my 54mm figs and tried to replace my old trustworthy ones but kept ending up with cheap knockoffs with pathetic light. These are nice! The light is great and targeted perfectly and the lens selection makes it perfect for anyone! I’m in the US and customer service was great!

I live in Geelong, Victoria, Australia and received my initial order for a cleaning pot for my Mini Airbrush but unfortunately the glass pot had been damaged in transit. I advised Customer Care - Neat and Handy with pictures and without any fuss a replacement order was raised and another pot was sent and received by me. The Service and communication of this Company are the best I have encountered for quite some time.
