Follow up communication from the company was received to see if everything progressed okay.

Absolute shambles and bullies , received broken glasses , contacted them no reply so opened case with PayPal , then they contacted me and tried to force me to close case before they did anything , case is still open but they expect me to pay high postage charges to send broken item back !!! I should not have to pay shipping to return faulty items … BULLIES

I ordered mini airbrush with compressor and 2 replaceable batteries. Product arrived very well packaged and delivery within a reasonable time.This airbrush and compressor are both of good quality but one of batteries is difficult to screw on and I regret that size of supplied needle is not mentioned anywhere in description because it does not suit me and it forces me to order another one of a more appropriate size. fortunately an adapter is supplied with to use another airbrush on mini compressor and this will allow me to paint while waiting for a new needle.

I received my magnifier, neatly packet in the case I ordered. I charged it and all seems well. I have the rechargeable version. Wish I had gotten the usb and battery version now that I know how light it is.

The glasses are great. They def allow me to see everything closer. They shipped really fast and arrived in a quick and timely manner. I posted a pic on fb and somone wanted to know where I got them and shortly after ordered his own.

Quick service, quick delivery considering what the last few years have been, this result is out standing. I'm still waiting for items ordered 6 months ago with other suppliers, I feel that one or two of these may be scams. Hope to purchase from supplier in the future.

Absolutely fantastic customer support from Neatandhandy. My airbrush arrived quickly but unfortunately it failed to charge up. I contacted customer support and they replied immediately. I sent a short video outlining the problem and they sent me a replacement poste haste. The replacement works perfectly. 5 Stars from me for sure.

As normal I had to wait only the time they stated item would take. No damage (as usual) with the package which was very secure and well wrapped. A pleasure doing business with such a company.

Great product, very fast delivery!

Airbrush was fine but after one clean the O rings failed. I was going to have to pay around $30 for two new O rings, half of which was shipping for items that could easily fit in an envelope. Tried to open a dispute, just been ignored.

I thought I was missing some pieces from an order and contacted Customer Service. I received a response within hours and my issue was resolved. They did a great job !

Well I have not had a chance to use the product yet it looks fantastic I used to have an airbrush that also required an external pump and it was cumbersome finicky and difficult to keep clean. This is a small product that I am capable of keeping in my small condo without cluttering.

This adapter is great in case you start out with their cordless air spray and then want to upgrade your air spray with a different type that normally goes on regular corded air sprays

The Vision Aid Magnifier is a great product for anyone doing close up work. I use mine for tying Saltwater Flies. Comfortable and easy to wear. Really makes precision tying much easier.
Customer service was excellent. The regular delivery updates were great. I have no hesitation in recommending Neat and Easy.
