Amazing customer service from sales assistant Hareema. Good detailed explanation of what the deal includes and reminded us of the 3 year interest free credit which was the deciding factor in the end!

We had worse experiences with NCF…
We had worse experiences with NCF Bradford when we bought the bed they show us they too , when the delivery time came no call from them we want back to shop they said they can't do anything ring customer service customer service don't bother to answer the phone, I had go 3 times to the shop literally bagging for my bads ,we wanted to cancel the order they said ,they will take 30% but they couldn't answer why also I had to pay 2 times for the delivery ? When finally the delivery date came after 3 months there was missing pices so they couldn't fix the bed on the day ,when ring back to NCF I asked to email to confirm if they are coming with the missing pieces, they didn't bother to email 😢
I had really stressfull experiences with them
Once i paid second time for the delivery £99 Yasera ask me to leave the shop without giving me the receipts because there was other customer in the shop and they didn't wanted show them how rude they are .
I would request to everyone be careful shop with them
