Approached by Tom who wanted to interest me in PPC advertising with Google. Having agreed to the creation of some ads they were all rejected by Google. After a confident suggestion from “the nerds” regarding a fix for the problem I was persuaded to agree to an additional piece of work (with pursuant costs). This failed to impress Google, my ads were still unacceptable to them. I lost confidence in the process and called a halt to things.
A discussion with Tom over the invoice led to a misunderstanding over what was owed and the instruction of a debt collector.
When things went wrong with what should have been a simple process I’d say that customer service went wrong too. No accountability was shown for what I considered to be poor advice and a sledgehammer was used to crack the nut of an invoice dispute.
There are many digital marketing agencies out there, my advice is to choose another one.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Mark. Your ads were disapproved by Google due to your booking system on your website as it was flagged as malicious due to the age of your system. We created a landing page on a new domain, Google flagged this. We were in the process of appealing the flagged issues directly with Google in order to resolve the issue, but you instantly said you had a ‘bad gut feeling’ & would not allow us to do so, you then terminated services with us.
The issue was with Google & of no fault of our own. Our team prepared the landing page and all assets to give to you in good faith of paying your invoice that you agreed to pay, you failed to pay and further action was taken to recover the debt owed.
It is a shame to read this as we are known for standing out from other agencies as well as our customer service provided by our nerds, which you can see from our hundreds of reviews online. We wish you all the best in the future Mark 🤓
