Thank you for your review and notes. The packaging is important to us and we use recycled packaging and biodegradable chips just to make sure your order is secure during transit. But we are always looking into different sized boxes in order to reduce the packaging. Thanks again and have a good day!

Thank you for your review!
The package was opened
The delivery came very quickly however the package was opened and in a very bad state. I still ate the capsules even though I was unsure to. I had two capsules and then had a very bad bout of diarrhoea, this might not be naturbotanica’s fault as I might just have had a bad reaction to the optibac capsules. If the package was sealed and not opened, I would’ve been more content. I took two capsules and stopped taking the rest. Also delivery is more expensive compared to other places.
