Caught in the Christmas Rush
I ordered my multivitamins on the 31st of December. It is now the 7th of January and I still have not received them. I would rather give a review once the product has been received.

Hi Caroline, We have tracked your order and it will be with you soon. You chose the 3-7 working days option to get your delivery free of charge, please don't forget the extra festive bank holidays! We also have an urgent option if you needed your order super quick. We're working hard to meet our usual delivery aims. If we can't - because of the continued effects of Coronavirus on our people and ways of working.

Order never arrived and when queried was told it had been signed for. By myself at first and then by a neighbour and still chasing this up. Pretty poor given it was for a Xmas present.

Bad customer service
Bought a product I want happy with (bad and misleading packaging) and this company were not interested. They wouldn’t deal with my problem and sent what sounded like automated answers to get rid of me. Clearly no interest in their customers, just making money.

Sarah, could you get in contact with us regarding the issue. We are unable to locate any contact with you, we never have "automated answers". We need more clarification on "bad and misleading packaging"? Your review is a little confusing. Please email info@naturobotanica.com . If you had an order with us? Please include the order number.
