We cannot recommend the Natural Rug Company highly enough and especially Jensen whose customer service skills are exemplary.
In ordering our rug, we were confused by the similarity of names between two different rug companies and muddled our order.
Jensen sorted out our problem with courtesy and reassurance. Thank you Natural Rug Company!

Really easy to navigate website, love the fact you can order samples to view at home. The design your own rug is clear as well with information on all available components.

Easy to select the size I wanted . Useful feedback was only that payment was a little glitchy but not enough to put me off .

Initial sample order, great service to provide the perspective new buyer

Lovely mat and quick delivery but I'm afraid the measurements are all wrong. I ordered 200cm x 65cm and instead we have 200cm x 125cm. We will try and cut it down ourselves and hope it doesn't fray! Otherwise we will have to return it.

Delighted with the two rugs we ordered. Great choice of materials and designs. Being able to order bespoke sizes meant we were able to get the exact dimensions we wanted rather than compromising with an “off the shelf” alternative.

Excellent service and we would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Excellent product and service
I needed a custom larger size so used the design your rug feature : Sisal Panama New Champagne 200 x 300 cm with 8cm Tamarind Cotton Herringbone border . Toned brilliantly with our wood floor, arts and crafts chairs and table. Rug arrived in less that three weeks , very well packed . Customer service friendly, responsive and efficient. Could not be more satisfied.

There was a delay to my order. Jensen, customer service I think, took the time to inform me, apologise and say he’d keep an eye on it. This was unexpected and I really appreciated it.
Then, when my rugs were apparently delivered by UPS, but I didn’t have them, he was immensely courteous, helpful and reassuring- eventually they turned up- they’d been delivered to neighbours. But Jensen’s service was exceptional.

From start to finish the service has been excellent. Thank you Jenson. We were kept informed at all stages and were really impressed with the quality and look of our new rug.

Used the carpet cleaning kit on my beige hallway carpet that gets a lot of traffic (dog and cat owner) and it came up great! It really refreshed the whole carpet, smoothed out any discolouration and left the whole hallway smelling fresh and clean. The kit comes with a brush and microfibre clothe which lifted any dirt that was ground in without damaging the carpet.

I ordered 4 Brunswick rugs for our kitchen area and chose the non natural material as it looked durable and easy to clean which is important with our dog going in and out of the garden.
There was a 4 week wait but the rugs arrived a week before the due date. We had a phone call and email to confirm that the delivery date was convenient which was appreciated.
The rugs look great and as they appear online. Today our muddy pawed dog did a dance of happiness on one of the rugs, we left the mud to dry and the rug vacuumed up well. The dog is forgiven
Overall we are pleased with our purchase.

I have used this company for upward of 10 years, they aren’t the cheapest, but the company offering the best quality and the most combinations of materials. Always efficient, wish more companies were this good.
