An overall good experience. Using the downloader tool is a little convoluted, but the instructions are helpful, and the process seems more straightforward than the last time I used it about a year ago.

Not helpful and No business sense
I am a new member who faced problems with the purchased DSD file downloading. I wrote to your help center to seek help. However, Fin from NativeDSD replied and told me about your 3 GOLDEN RULES OF OUR SUPPORT
Rule 2 stated PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US AGAIN ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE.
Don't you think that rule 2 is very rude to your customer. Are you telling your customer that he is trying to find trouble with your company after paying the money in advance and get nothing in return? How can you think that your customer is so free to email to you for nothing. Who set these GOLDEN RULES I wonder. His email ended with TALK SOON. If the problems can't be solved what is there to talk further?

But I completely understand how that wording can come across as unwelcoming, especially when you're already frustrated. That's valuable feedback, and we'll review how we communicate this to make sure the tone matches our intent.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we absolutely want to resolve your download issue. If it hasn't been sorted out yet, please reply to the existing support thread or email us at [support@nativedsd.com] with your order number, and we'll prioritize getting your files to you.

As a user with a high end system I am particularly keen to get the best engineering that I can as it enhances my listening experience. Native DSD are very transparent and provide details like original recording format and I appreciate this level of service.
My purchase experience has been exemplary with any issues quickly resolved.
