Technician was courteous and friendly and it was very apparent he was well trained in windscreen replacements.
The job was completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. If there was a done side it was the extra time required to recalibrate the camera system, something that apparently required a road drive and over the air calibration, hyandai needs to improve this and make it far less time consuming for your technicians and the wait time for customers.

New windscreen faultless but broken scuttle has become an issue.
The appointment was easy to book and the windscreen work was completed by an experienced person to a good standard. Unfortunately the plastic scuttle under the windscreen wipers was damaged during removal and I was told a replacement was on order and I would receive a call to arrange for the new item to be fitted. The call didn't happen and I had to make several attempts to chase this up until I eventually spoke with someone who could help, explain and book an appointment. The online booking system is useless for anything other than the initial glass replacement appointment.

Very pleased with the service provided by National Windscreens, as they dealt with my insurance claim directly with my insurance company. Received text confirming the date and time of my appointment. The job was finished really quickly (with thanks to Hereford staff who knew I needed the car back asap for its MOT).
