Withdrawal impossible. They are making new and new excuses why they won't give you your winnings. In my case it came down to the fact they revoked all my winnings due to excuse that I used my husbands credit card to deposit money and not my own. I do not recommend to play here. I recommend to use other casinos with bigger reviews.

Very good experience thus far
I have had an overall very positive experience with this casino. A lot of this I admit is luck. But I do appreciate the communication the casino offers. Having access to a dedicated manager is a big plus. My experience with Yasmin has been so pleasant and genuinely kind. She adds lots of emojis in emails which I think is unique to her and makes her so much more personable. I love it.
And they genuinely pay. Going by my experience - you can withdraw as easily as you can deposit. I ask every question under the sun and it’s worked for me so far
