Pot with these guys. Read some of the other reviews and they seem about right. I've had 2 cars from these guys and first one was OK, had an issue I reported and they never replied but it was small and I fixed it and the car has been solid since then. The second recently taken delivery of had NO checks done on it before it was delivered, it had to have been taken from auction and delivered to me....and you can do that yourself nowadays without the need for a company like this.

2 front tyres are the wrong size for the car but not dangerous
Discs and pads

All in all £750 to solve.

These guys are your old style car dealers - it's hit and miss if you get a good car but ultimately the car at auction you can buy yourself outside of BCA so just cut these guys out and buy it yourself.

I have just read the only other review and I wish we had the same experience.
instead, we have had nothing but grief,
in the beginning it was all smiles and laughter, and constant messages, calls etc. but
as soon as the money was transferred things started to go wrong.
The vehicle was delivered over scheduled by nearly 2 weeks, with me constantly chasing.
When it finally arrived, it had meant to have been through an AA check list and a service, which we received none of the documentation to validate this.
However the vehicle was in a very poor state internally, stains on the seats, scuff marks on the plastic interior, blurry reversing camera and a scuff on one of the alloy wheels.
After a couple of days, the EML light came on.
this is when the communication started to slow down even more, with unanswered calls and WhatsApp messages.
When then tried to contact them via email, these could sometimes take days to reply.
The EML was finally checked and an exhaust sensor changed.
we had to argue for the internal valeting and are still waiting on the scuff to the wheel to be sorted, which is six weeks later.
as with the rear re versing camera, their excuse is that it is working.
it may come on, but the vision is still very blurry and is faulty, as you cannot see clearly, especially at night, which is impossible to see.
After repeated conversations on the phone they still refuse to do anything about it. Since purchasing this vehicle, we have had to top up the engine oil, brake fluid and have a tyre looked at because it wasn't sealed correctly around the rim. They are refusing to replace the camera, even though we have a 3 month warranty, its the worst service we have ever received in 30 years of Business!

Do NOT buy a car from these people, an absolute huge mistake, which was recommended by our Insures Lemonaid, who have been informed.
