Nathaniel Car Sales - Cardiff Omdömen 

I received a reply from Nathaniel Cars yesterday, and their own admission raises serious concerns. They stated that they have no prior investigations logged for my vehicle over the ten months I’ve owned it. This is simply not accurate.

My wife spoke to a member of their team on 13/01/2026 at 12:15pm, reporting repeated tyre pressure warnings and an “immediate service required” alert. We received an SMS confirmation from Nathaniel Cars after that call. So the conversation clearly happened, and they have the record — or should have.

The explanations given at the time were also contradictory. We were told the “immediate service required” message didn’t actually mean immediate, but was just an early reminder. We were also told that summer weather causes tyre warning lights to activate and that the issue would “correct itself”. None of this was explained clearly at the time, leaving us to guess what was safe and what wasn’t. and saying it was weather issue and it would fix it self a technical term

For a dealership of this size, I expect accurate record‑keeping, consistent technical advice, and clear communication. Instead, I’ve had conflicting explanations and a claim that no investigation was ever logged, despite proof to the contrary.

This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in their customer service and aftercare.

Really happy with my new MG ZS Hybrid. The Staff at the Cardiff branch were really professional and made the whole process of buying a new car really easy.

I was unsure whether I needed to replace my car. However, after research and speaking to a number of Sales guys at Nat Car sales, I decided to proceed.
Damien was professional, very patient with my constant questions. He arranged the finance very quickly and helped me in person and by telephone. I am now the proud owner of a fab MG HS Trophy hybrid!

Christian was very helpful, he would answer any questions i had.he was friendly and chatry.

The staff, particularly Elliott, were absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. He spent time explaining the workings of the car.

Damien was absolutely amazing, from initial nosing around to ordering to delivery. 100% improvement on our previous car's dealership, which I couldn't wait to see the back of. We had visited all the main car brands when choosing this car, and every other dealership were unbothered, rude and unwelcoming. Not at Nathaniel though! Highly recommend the dealership and the cars, what amazing value for money and totally stress free experience!

I have to say that I had a great experience down MG Nathaniel cars Cardiff, the salesman Damien was great not pushy helped me get the car I didn't realise I wanted, I would not hesitate to recommend this car showroom excellent on all counts

I felt welcome as soon as I entered the showroom because of the general calm of the place. I had time to have a look at the cars before being approached by Christian Jones, who was welcoming, without being pushy and he assured me he was there to serve me when I was ready. I liked that approach very much and I felt very comfortable to be assisted by him and to later place an order for an MG ZS 1.5 Petrol Hybrid in Dynamic Red.
Christian was a charming and very likeable man and was very informative about my choice of car and made my experience at Nathaniel Cars a very enjoyable one. He was also excellent on handover day, explaining all the many exciting little treats on the car that I'd not had before.
I left on Saturday feeling very happy with both my choice of car and Christian Jones' professional personality, knowing that I have the Nathaniel brand backing me over the next 3yrs. Sincere thanks to Christian and Nathaniel Cars of Cardiff.

Elliot was great throughout the whole process, speedy turn around and picked the car up 1 week after agreeing the deal.
