Had david round to clear tea stain out…
Had david round to clear tea stain out of a white wool carpet and he did a fantastic job and saved me a lot of money in replacement, considering wool is the hardest to remove stains I’m very very pleased with how this turned out and will 100% be coming back

Thank you so much, Luca! We’re delighted that David managed to remove the tea stain from your white wool carpet and, most importantly, save you the expense of replacing it.
Wool carpets require careful specialist stain treatment, so hearing how pleased you are with the result means a lot to us.

Thank you so much, John! We’re delighted to hear that Tomasz achieved such a great result and, even better, managed to save you hundreds of pounds on replacing the carpet.
We take great pride in repairing and restoring carpets wherever possible rather than seeing perfectly serviceable carpets unnecessarily replaced. We’ll make sure Tomasz sees your kind comments about his attention to detail too.
Thank you for choosing Natalia Carpet Sheriff and for taking the time to share your experience. We really appreciate it!
Excellent service and staff
Tomas came and the first thing he did was put on shoe covers, I do think that shows how much they care, his knowledge was very good and advice on carpet care moving forward was much appreciated, would definitely recommend Natalia Carpet cleaners and was surprised how many other things they can clean.

Very happy - would book them again!
Booked for two vintage armchairs I'd purchased that needed a good clean, plus a bit of carpet that had a spill, and was very happy with the service. Great communication, very easy to make the booking, they put on shoe protectors without even being asked, very polite and friendly. Super pleased overall - will book them again if I need anything else doing!

A very hardworking and professional company
I finally managed to arrange to get my front room carpet deep cleaned prior the previous tenant who rented the property. I have used Natalia carpet sheriff before and did not hesitate to contact them again.
I am so happy with meeting Thomaz again and David who I met today. The work carried out has been 100% worth the time and money. I am going to be recalling them back for some more work.
I would highly recommend this company because they always go above and beyond to help the customer. From the initial contact right the through to the work being carried out.

We had a great experience using Natalia…
We had a great experience using Natalia Carpet Sheriff. They provided a quote for a carpet burn fix after an in-person visit, and when we booked them, they were extremely professional and courteous the entire time.
They had a large machine for the job and were careful not to scratch the apartment walls and to wear shoe coverings inside. My husband and I were extremely impressed and would use them again for various fix or cleaning jobs should we need to. We've also recommended them to a few people.

Quick response and a great repair. Bit pricey but better than buying a new carpet i suppose. Works well you can’t tell I had a burnt carpet

Thank you, David, for your feedback! We’re really pleased that you were happy with the quick response and, most importantly, the finished repair.
We appreciate your honest comment regarding the price. Specialist carpet repair is detailed work, but as you mentioned, when the repaired area is no longer noticeable and it saves the cost and disruption of replacing an entire carpet, it can be a worthwhile investment.
Thank you for choosing Natalia Carpet Sheriff — we’re glad we could save your carpet!
Friendly and professional!
Friendly and professional!
Used them for a deep sofa clean after my cat had an accident on it! Removed all smell and my sofa is looking brand new.
They popped back round the following day to disinfect further too - which was super helpful.
Would recommend for a sofa clean and to treat any urine issues!

Thank you so much, Rachel! We’re delighted that we could help after your cat’s little accident and get your sofa looking fresh again while dealing with the unwanted odour.
Urine contamination can require more than a standard upholstery clean, so we were happy to return and carry out the additional treatment to make sure we achieved the best possible result.
Thank you for trusting Natalia Carpet Sheriff and for recommending our sofa cleaning and urine treatment services. We really appreciate it!

Very pleased with the results.
Thomas did a very good job cleaning my wool living room carpet, I'm really pleased with the results. I have 2 cats and there were a few pet stains. After cleaning the pet stains were gone, as was the lingering smell around the litter box. The carpet looks very clean and smells fresh. Would definitely use again.
