Narvar is 100% bogus! got a msg that they couldn't find my address... and would deliver again... on... NO DATE given at all...
first of all: I live on a main thoroughfare... you can't NOT FInd my address....
second of all: I have no idea if and when they might bring the parcel...
clearly, I'll be talking with Shaklee tomorrow first thing!

I wish i could give this company zero…

I wish i could give this company zero stars. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen two orders from me. These were very expensive products and they keep saying that they have tried to make the delivery but the business was not open. We don't even have a business. We live in a residential neighborhood. These are Christmas presents that we are probably never going to see. We have tried the tracking numbers and the online chat and nothing has helped. Do not do business with any stores that use this shipping company. My two items were from Nordstrom and Macy’s.

NO Customer Service!!!

Tried signing up with THE email address I use for all online purchases, and it says, “Please use a different email address.” On their website, there is NO support or help section. Pretty useless.

Horrible returns company to work with…

Horrible returns company to work with if you have a Shopify store.

Not only is it obscenely expensive compared to other options, (Literally 1400 a month), their customer service is non existent. I've put in critical tickets when things in their returns program are completely broken and I don't get an answer for a full week. Even then, half the time they just shove me off onto other departments and act like they don't care at all.

I made several inquiries as to why their own data was incorrect between their own two systems, and didn't match my own accounting records, and they basically said "just use the data." ... As I'm asking why it's wrong.

Avoid at all costs.

No package no tracking number

Said package was delivered. Provided no tracking number. Service request was answered in every case with “Sorry we encountered an error”. I paid Bookshop for Priority Mail USPS and I got this instead. Narvar seems like a scam.

A class action lawsuit should be filed. Narvar plays this cash cow game where retailers sell products they don't actually have or are already sold out...soley to boost their cash flow on financials. EVERYONE NEEDS TO DOCUMENT THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH NARVAR and the online retailer. This is the only way to stop them.

STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERS IF THE COURIER IS NARVAR

I made 3 online orders over the past 2 weeks w 3 different companies who apparently now use NARVAR as their courier. Bath & Body works, Dicks Sporting Goods & Chewy. In all 3 cases I received notifications that my shipments were delivered & in 1 case was even notified package was signed for when it wasn’t.
In all 3 orders no deliveries were made when Narvar notified me of delivery status. In fact deliveries didn’t arrive for days later.
All 3 companies imo are reputable & have outstanding customer service etc. I never had any issues prior & have been ordering online for years. I rely on Chewy for delivery of food for my dogs & if this unreliable courier isn’t replaced or delivery issues aren’t corrected I will need to purchase dog supplies elsewhere as will many other dog breeders.
As far as ordering from Bath & Body & Dicks I’ll make all future purchases in the store or shop elsewhere

Do yourselves a favor save your customers from frustration & your company from losing business go back to previous reliable couriers.

Horrible shipping company

Horrible shipping company. Why anyone uses them is beyond me. They delivered my package on the wrong days and then to the wrong house. Their response was it was my responsibility to contact the seller to handle the matter of their incompetence.

False text

Received a text at 10am that my package was delivered, tracking stated the package was injected at 2:30pm (it’s 10 am!) no help from anyone- never received my package

Thieves

I’m disgusted with Belk right now. DO NOT let them ship packages to you. They use a company called narvar who isn’t even bbb accredited and my package ordered on 11/25 is now lost. I can’t reach narvar. UPS said the tracking number I gave was usps which on 12/5 the package was supposed to change hands from ups to usps but narvar didn’t make it happen. Belk won’t refund me & both mail carriers say they can’t as well so I’m out $100 and won’t be getting my sweatshirt for the bowl game. If Belk sends you a message that says “out of stock. Ship for free instead to (address)” DO NOT CLICK YES unless you want to lose your product and money. I got no where with Belk, UPS or USPS and Narvar has a voicemail only. Pathetic and not a good corner to cut in Belk’s budget. Belk is huge. They can afford to partner with a bbb accredited shipper without some shady voicemail only setup. I literally feel like I could vomit over this. It was an early Christmas present from my mom and because Belk cut corners and partnered with a shady third party vendor I won’t get my sweatshirt and I’m certainly not chancing it by getting another one. So no Christmas present for me. Go to DICKS Sporting Goods instead. They do not partner with that cheap company and prices are the same.

They are a scam in my opinion

They are a scam in my opinion. I had the same experience as many of the reviewers. Returned my item per instructions. They received it on October 25th. No communication since. No refund. Emails returned. Phone calls unanswered. $50 lost.

Update: The day after I posted this review and also contacted ABC regarding the problem, I received an email from NYDJ from the address that had previously returned my email as undeliverable. It stated that my return was being processed and my money would be in my bank in 5-7 days. It also requested that I review their agent's handling of my inquiry. The full refund was in my account this morning. So we went from one extreme to the other. I am not sure why they could not communicate for 18 days after receiving the return.

Tracking number does not work

Tracking number does not work. Same as everyone else, when click to View Account, it just show a blank screen. It says order has been shipped but UPS says given tracking number does not exist.

Worst tracking system ever

I have ordered from a few different companies who use this as they’re tracking system and I have never once been able to get any information… I click on the link and the screen just stays blank.
