NAPS Group Ltd Omdömen

Bought a Naps mattress topper for the R&R bed on our recently purchased VW T6.1 campervan.
I am a side sleeper and woke up in the night with an ache in the shoulder so had to move on to my back. Long and short of it after a couple of night’s sleep my shoulder was aching and on returning home I had to visit my osteopath.
The mattress is good quality but I am leaving this review as my experience is that (a) it is too firm for side sleepers and (b) Naps returns policy is 48 hours in original packing and unused so unlike many mattress companies no trial period to return if it’s not suitable.

First time campervanner. Used the mattress for the first time last weekend and it was perfect. Probably more comfortable than my bed at home. Will be coming back for a pop top mattress in the near future ☺️

Well made and the right size but far too firm. Bought a few months ago and just tried for a night and it was so uncomfortable in our vintage Toyota Hiace. Both my wife and I couldn't sleep and sleeping on our side was so uncomfortable made our hips and back ache regardless of position. I am now investigating a softer mattress topper to add to it a Silent night soft as down, otherwise I have wasted £200 on a mattress topper that I can't live with. I had a single Invoker mattress topper that I used in same van and it was far superior and no aches and pains. I tried to get a small double version but not available any more.

Bought a Naps mattress at Dubbed Out Festival and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. It’s incredibly comfortable and fits perfectly behind the rear seats, making camping so much easier and more comfortable. I had a small issue with the storage bag, but Naps sorted it out straight away and sent me a replacement. Brilliant product and brilliant customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Recently ordered a NAPS matress topper.. ordered it on holiday and needed it delivered for the Monday as we were due to travel to the lakes on the Tuesday.. they sent it early and received as promised.. thats customer service at its very best...

Not to mention the matress topper, we've had various toppers over the previous few months, from cheap TEMU foam, Amazon, and another well know manufacturer.. the NAPS is simply the best, as a side sleeper its is perfect, nearly as comfortable as my bed at home.. id highly reccomend these and the size and it rolls away well..

Very friendly and helpful love my new mattress for my pop top T6 transporter no more stiff back in the mornings thank you

Game changer! Used the topper for the first time this weekend in Martha and can safely say it made a massive difference to our sleep comfort. Yes, it’s a tad on the large size when rolled up - but that’s a small price to pay for comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend NAPS

Great service really helpfull now have a great sleep at last in my camper van ,Highly recommend 👍

If you’re looking for a good nights sleep in your campervan, look no further! We love our NAPS mattress. We’re both side sleepers and always get a good nights sleep in the van. We’ve had ours for about 2 years now and it’s still in perfect condition. We purchased at a small festival and the owners were very helpful and friendly. We’ve recommended to a few people and they’ve all been very happy with their purchase too.

Mattress received promptly and all complete. I left the mattress to relax over a couple of days and it regained its softness well. The fitted sheet is great. Still to spend a night on it but it will definitely be an improvement on the rock and roll bed.

Lovely product, great price!

Mattress looks well made and cozy, not actually slept on it yet, but looking forward to trying it

We order a mattress and duvet and were very impressed with the quality and quick delivery time. Their customer service was excellent after there was a small issue with the duvet cover. Excellent communication and speed of resolution.

Awesome mattress, so comfy. Rolls up fairly small/tight (for a mattress) and fits neatly behind the R'n'R bed when in the seated position.

Easy to use and to order website. Quick delivery. Good fitting mattress.

The customer service was fantastic they explained and showed us (the wife and I)the ins and outs of the mattress We found it very comfortable and had a good nights sleep 👍🏼

Great buying experience!! NAPS are 'on it' when it comes to great products, but more importantly - customer service. We had a small problem, and it was rectified immediately!!

Quick delivery, well packed and great item. We ordered a 3/4 rock n roll mattress topper. After using Inflatable mattresses until now, this was an absolute game changer! Best night sleep I’ve had in the van since we bought it

Very easy website and had the exact size we wanted .
The topper is amazing. Had the best night sleep in our camper since we owned sleeping on this topper . Comes with straps so you can roll it up easily . If needed .
I would highly recommend buying this product.

Easy website to use, nice ordering process and decent delivery time. My wife suffered from hip pain when sleeping on the R&R bed in our van, so we bought a NAPS Mattress. We've had one weekend away using it and she suffered no pain. Really comfortable and a great fit.
