Pay Trade Flooring Omdömen

On time quality product at a great price.

Couldn’t fault the service received from paytradeflooring. Efficient, competitively priced and great customer service! Will certainly use again and recommend to friends &family.

Have used this company twice in recent months. On both occasions service has been excellent. Mel provided great information and kept me informed when manufacturing delays occurred. With the second carpet I wanted a specific delivery date which was met. Quality of carpet is great at a price significantly below two local quotes that I had obtained.

Great company. Second time I have used them.

Great product at almost half the price of the high street suppliers

Easy to order and delivery on time

Highly recommend based on my experience

Great prices, on time delivery, good communications and they use very helpful delivery companies (JD Delivery). Excellence service.

I ordered a roll of penthouse carpet and I can not fault this company. The ordering process is easy, and the communication and delivery service is very good, arrived within 7 days, Really happy, thank you!

Easy purchase online, great prices and fast delivery, perfect.

I messed my order up to start with and ordered the wrong flooring but Mel was really understanding, helped me arrange sending it back and order the correct product. Really fast, helpful responses and ultimately the right product at a competitive price.

Spoke with mel who was lovely with our delivery, she was very nice helping to arrange the delivery so i was in to receive, the delivery took a while but i ordered during the Christmas closedown, my carpet was fantastic and just what i wanted at a price 40% cheaper than the stores i had seen it in

Great service and value. Carpets were delivered well packaged in perfect condition. Same carpet at least 25% more expensive everywhere else I found it

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Great communication throughout the process . Order arrived on time. The flooring we ordered was superb. It looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend this company and will certainly be using them again. Thanks for a very easy transaction.

Spoke to Mel on first contact with the company and from that point I know I had made the right choice , ordered and delivered as planned great service all round

We decided to order the 100% wool Manx Tomkinson carpet in colour Husk after receiving a sample in the post. The team went above and beyond to draw a detailed floor plan with my very rough measurements I provided and told us exactly the quantity we needed. This is the first time I have ordered carpet from an online retailer and I will definitely be using them for all future purchases! The carpet was competitively priced, a beautiful colour and amazing quality. We had a deadline that we needed our carpet delivered and Mel worked hard to ensure the order was sent out for delivery before the bank holiday and in time for the fitters! Thank you so much for our beautiful carpet throughout our house!

Fab friendly service. Great quality carpet for the best price anywhere. Mel was flexible to arrange our delivery, and the whole experience we positive — thanks!

Easy transaction, friendly and professional service and the carpet is exactly as expected.
I would recommend this company and will certainly use them in the future.

Great carpet at half the price of the high street carpet shops. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars what the delivery they used forgot to load my carpet so had to wait an additional week. Mel in the office couldn’t have been more apologetic and kept me up to date on time of the rescheduled delivery.

Top company and was grateful for all the help Mel gave me ordering my carpet. Couldnt be happier with the service, quality of the carpet and speedy delivery. Would highly recommend.

Wary of buying carpet on line but the prices were so good and delivery cheaper than other sellers so took a chance. Mel was so very helpful and kept me in the loop at all stages particularly when my original choice was unavailable. It was really easy to shop and always speak to the same person who knew what was needed rather than just an impersonal call centre so thank you Mel. I like their delivery system too, the website gives which day they they deliver to your postcode (v helpful when arranging a fitter) and the driver was great too with timings. Will definitely get our next carpet from Pay Trade Flooring

Prompt delivery. Excellent product and very fair pricing
