So I placed an order on Nov 12th and have received absolutely no updates on my order in almost 3 wks. Per tracking on the Nap website my order is still processing. I have called the provided customer service number and left several VM and nothing at all. Plus have emailed several times with absolutely nothing!! Nap clothes are so cute, but would NEVER order from them again! Just hoping to get my 2 items, NAP please provide me with an update!

This is not a USA company. They use US models, but everything is shipped from Shanghai and it took well over a month to receive it. Their products were cute, but I would never buy from them again. They try to make it appear that it’s from the US but it is not.

This is a horrible company. my mother ordered one item for $100, got charged for five and has not had her money refunded. she’s not wealthy at all and can’t afford this charge. It makes no sense to me how they could do this to people! It’s fraud! Her bank tried to help but was unsuccessful. Emails and calls go unanswered. Agree with everyone else, this is a horrible company!

Horrible experience. No customer service. I have NEVER left a negative review in my life. First of all - I ordered two jackets and one got here after a month and the other one is still not here. I wrote countless emails and was offered no help except told to be patient. Now I have received one and am trying to return and they won’t send me instructions or help me. Wildly unprofessional company. Super disappointed and very unhappy to have hundreds of dollars locked into this. If it doesn’t get resolved I will legitimately feel like this company robbed me. They only sent me one of my 3 orders and it is impossible to get ahold of them. They push products and don’t follow up with any service.

It’s been 2 weeks since they asked for my order number and nothing has happened.

Never buy or order or shop with naploungewear. They are scammers and cheaters and a terrible company. You will never be able to reach them or return order or ever get your money back. People do not buy from this scam Chinese company. Americans please don't get taken by this scamming Chinese company. As well as all nationalities.

the order has still not shown up, going on 3 weeks. Everything comes from China, It is bogus.

After I made this purchase, I told myself I will never purchase from this site NAP Loungewear again. No valid customer service phone numbers and tracking number. Poor quality! This company is not BBB accredited.

Placed an order for a dress and a top. After a week I got a email that the dress will arrive late due to Covid regulations which is fine. Then the top they said it is out of stock and that it would take another 2-4 weeks. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks and still no update.

I should have read these reviews before placing an order. Such a low level service

I placed an order 10/10/22. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately!!!! The promised delivery date would have been around 10/28/22. However, around 10/25, they wrote to let me know there would be an additional delay of another 2-4 weeks!

Finding that unacceptable, I attempted to contact “customer service” to 1) cancel the order, and 2) refund my money. I’ve not heard from them and that was several days ago.

Not a reliable vendor. Don’t buy anything from these people. It seems like more scam than anything.

I have never written a review for a company in my life, but this was the most frustrating experience I have had. They use an awful delivery company that does not deliver your package. I have been waiting a month with no help. Finally, the delivery website (after using a translation tool) said that the package was delivered, though I never received it. I then contacted customer service requesting help, a refund, or a reshipment. They suggested I call the delivery company without providing me a number. This would generally be frustrating but doable, except, as mentioned, the entire delivery company’s website is not in English, and Nap Loungewear offered no translation help.

Please PLEASE save your time and money and do not order from here. The clothes are not cheap and the service is not what you would expect from any modern company, particularly one that has clearly repeatedly gotten complaints. You will be very disappointed.

I am currently waiting an order that was placed on Oct 15th & 16 th. NapLoung is still processing. Whatever that means! There is NO customer service #. I wrote them an email yesterday using their “careers” email for customer service hoping to hear something. I’m glad I found this site so I can vent!

Just don’t do it! I received a gift card for this company and it’s been impossible. My first order came MONTHS later. I had to send half back due to fit. The clothes look huge but the armholes were digging in. Then I waiting months again for my replacement items, nope, clothes felt like they were made of 1980’s curtain material. The final kicker. I ordered once more (still trying to use my gift card up 8 months later). AFTER two months they tell me the item is out of stock. Keep in mind items are charged when you place your order. And returns are ridiculous too you have to ship/pay yourself via a traceable method and then send them a tracking confirmation to be refunded.

One of my order numbers is 553402. Your “customer service” has been trying to “help” by offering an alternate color two months later. After asking for a refund just to finally be done with this company, I get a voucher for future and 20% off. And the dress I ordered they are offering is half the price I paid on another site right now!

I find the web page difficult to use. And, delivery was intolerable long.
I love the clothes and am preparing another order presently.
I would like to have a faster way to receive
My orders.

Awesome product, customer service wasn’t great. Order was eventually delivered in 2 separate deliveries weeks apart, which was frustrating as I was told my order was delivered when in fact it wasn’t.
