Really fast and good customer service, I asked them last minute to switch sizes, and they answered immediately, which was amazing! Quality of products is flawless, hottest brand on the marked!

I waited 6 days from the date I ordered 2 jackets just to be informed that they were sold out and that my order was canceled. Such a disappointment.

Beautiful clothes but horrible customer service
This brand makes beautiful clothes, but their customer service needs work. One of my orders got cancelled due to it being out of stock. I didn't understand how I was able to purchase the item successfully if it wasn't available to begin with. Another one of my orders was partially refunded with no reason given at all. This wouldn't even be a problem if the email didn't come 1 week after I made the purchase. It's a shame. Out of all the luxury/high-end fashion brands I've tried this year Namilia has the most unique styles in my opinion. But after this experience I don't see myself purchasing anything else from them in the near future.

They doesn’t respond to emails in 48h…
They doesn’t respond to emails in 48h like they stated, sometimes they doesn’t respond at all. Need to wait and sometimes write few emails to get return label. Also after return they didn’t refund my money for more than month. I got a refund after another few emails. Overall not good experience
