I am extremely pleased with my consultation experience with Nalog.nl. Booking an online consultation was effortless, thanks to their user-friendly interface. Yulia, after thoroughly reviewing my case from the booking form, asked a few clarifying questions and provided me with comprehensive advice on how to proceed in my situation. Additionally, she addressed some additional questions via email the following day, even though they were not directly relevant during the initial consultation.
To say that I am satisfied would be an understatement. The service provided was exceptional, and I am delighted to become a regular customer.

Be ready, that you are paying only for consult and help with fiiling in omnly the declaration, if your refund is 0, you already paid 85euro, just for filling up the form, And when you think that it will be ease, no it`s not, any way you will fill up the forms for nolog.nl multiple time, and you will get nothing for that, because you already paid. NO SENSE in this service. 85 euro for filling up the form, I think it`s useless and very price I would say for Norway, not only NL

We understand that you expected a specific planned outcome from the filing of your return. However, our tax filing service through Nalog.nl only guarantees the accurate completion of forms and calculations. The actual result depends on several objective factors, such as your date of registration in the Netherlands, employment period, salary amount, and so on.
Tax refunds should be seen as a pleasant bonus rather than the primary goal. If no excess taxes were paid throughout the year, the refund will be zero.

Absolutely disaster
Absolutely disaster. I ordered the service of filling "M" declaration at end of Feb. It's 3rd of April and it's still not ready. Support doesn't answer me for the last 3 days. Today, I received a draft of the declaration with a lot of errors. For instance, in my wife's declaration, they used my name and surname instead of hers. They specified the wrong country in the declaration. It looks like they didn't even read the data I provided them.

Hello!
We understand that you always want to receive your documents as early as possible, but the timelines for processing declarations may vary and depend on several factors, not all of which are within our control. Our manager diligently ensures that each declaration is submitted on time: based on your Form M, the submission deadline is not until April 30th, so we have allowed ample time for the work.
We acknowledge the error with the country and apologize for it. The data for your wife's name and surname were taken directly from the client card that you filled out with an error, which was accepted by the system, and we promptly corrected this mistake. That's why we prepare a preliminary draft of the declaration, so that the final document submitted to the tax office is 100% accurate.
Manager Julia Jurik has been in constant communication with you via Telegram, even during non-working hours.
We hope that in the future, working on your declaration will not cause any negative emotions. We guarantee the quality of our work and timely submission of correctly completed declarations. We remain in contact with you.

Excellent service
We came to the Netherlands from Russia in July and after a few months of living here had a lot of legal questions, from managing personal taxes to relocating our business to Europe. Had an hour long consultation with Sergei and are very pleased with how it went. He answered all of our questions and more. It was well worth the price.
