Bought 3 pairs and never recieved them another Chinese rip off company

This company is terrible. It took a month to get my two bra’s. No tags at all and they looked like they had been worn by someone and they just turned around and sent them to me. Also they misrepresented the items not only do they offer little support the band’s on the front curl up under the breasts. They refused to give me a refund!! Do not get scammed by theses crooks

I don't care for the fabric, that could be on me. My petite "jeans" drag on the ground, the right front pocket has a giant hole in the seam which I can sew but really don't think I should have to do. Over all I'm extremely disappointed in this product. You could,/should do better

I have not received my order. Ordered in June 2026. I've hammered them with emails. They respond by asking for patience and looking into shipping

I purchased two prs of slacks on 6/2/26. June 24th still had not received them. Send msg to supplying the order# and asking for eta on delivery. Got a response from Louise Support (how rich is that) saying they show a pod on 6/22/26. If I had received my order I surely would not waste my time sending an email. The right thing would have been to resend it. I am a senior living in a 55 + community. If Nallywear is legit their customer service team is poor. I am probably out of money for my purchase but I would not recommend them. Please share my experience. Thank you

This co. Is a total scam. Would not refund my items. False pictures of what the product was. Cheap sticky polyester, inacurate size chart way smaller than the size states. Only offered me 10% refund and keep there horrible product. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money bank. 0 rateing. But was forced to do one star to write a review. Very pissed off custoner. Do Not Order anything from this comñany.

I got the wrong size. Wanted to ship it back, but no return label. They wanted me to fork out over$100.00 to return it. This is what it costs to return. They also wanted to give me 10% back, then I could keep the item. Not acceptable. I will never purchase off them again. I will tell others as well. Such a poor return policy they have. A horrible business to chat with

I wish I had read these reviews first!! The worst company IN THE WORLD to buy from. I totally agree with the review of -100. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Bad communication; unresponsive; no refunds!! Worst experience ever!! You have been warned.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Order was delivered 4 weeks after my order was placed. Package delivered to wrong address. I was sent an apology asking for 2 to 3 more days to rectify. My credit card was charged same day as order placed. Customer service wants me to do all the leg work to rectify their error. They must need my money more than me..They are scammers for sure. Do not ever order from this company ever!!

If I could give this company -100 stars I would!!! The worst company ever to deal with, the pants I ordered were NOTHING like the advertisement on Facebook, order process was insanely long, requested a return label on which they asked for pictures (which I sent) then they declined my request and offered me a $5 “Goodwill” refund!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!

Ordered bras didn’t fit correctly and want replacement but it’s been over 2 months with no return. Reporting as scam to BBB an attorney general office

The bra was NOTHING as what I was led to believe. The day I got it, I tried it on, need o return it. I had to email them as there is NO phone number listed. I have EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES NOW, ALL I GET IS A RESPONSE THAT THEY ARE REALLY BUSY AND WILL BE IN TOUCH SOON. AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I suspect they will get back with me and tell me its too late to return. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Please don't waste your money on any product from this so called company. Please read the reviews before buying any product online. The quality is less than poor and it is so sad that the internet will allow the false advertising to continue to screw people over.

Ordered 3 bras, sizing is way off, ordered 44/C, they don't fit around chest and cups are barely an A cup. Company will not allow returns
Save your money, crappy product and customer service

This company is a scam! They sent me the wrong pants and one pair had seams coming apart and loose threads in multiple places. I requested a full refund and I was willing to return all of them. At first they told me I would have to return them to Viet Nam! That was not acceptable. I finally accepted 100% on the damaged pair and only 20% on the other 2 when all 3 pair were not what I ordered. Do not do business with this company at all! I made another order for these style pants with another company, Janycharm and wouldn't you know I had the same problem and their contact info was the same!

I have the same experience of everyone else. I have filed a complaint with Facebook and Report Fraud dot ftc dot gov.
I would suggest others do the same to act against this company.

If I could give them a "zero", I would. I had the same return experience as everyone else who has reviewed this company. I ordered 2 pair of slacks. They did not fit at all so I asked for a return label so my account could be credited. They advised they only address product that is the wrong size or that were damaged and were totally uncooperative throughout the multiple e-mails. I got tired of dealing with them but because I didn't let the issue go, they issued me a whopping 20% off my charge card. $7 and change off of a $37.96 purchase. I told them I would be writing a review advising my dilemma in hopes that others won't get scammed by their business practices.

Pants were much smaller than advertised, pockets were too small to be useful AND the company refused to take them back despite their stated policy online. Had to use my credit card company to get a refund.

Do not stand behind their product. Returns or Exchanges impossible!😔
