Great variety of wines that are well described. When I give wine to someone I don't have to worry if they will like it. They always like it.

This company has always fulfilled my expectations and has excellent service. The wines on offer have always been excellent and the prices are competitive with other sellers.

The wines selection is wide and wonderful at every price point. I enjoy sampling different wines and supporting these small producers who are doing what they love. The monthly deduction is a convenient way to save for my next case of wine. I have enjoyed most every wine purchased and, when I didn't, a credit was applied to my account though that has only happened once or twice in my many years using them. Customer service is fast, efficient, and super profe esssional. Multiple delivery options are convenient; orders are generally delivered within a few days. I highly recommend Naked Wines!

I really love the wine that are offered through Naked Wines. I love the fact that the smaller vineyards are supported and promoted. I have not purchased a wine that I did not like, and there offer several "go to" vineyards when I need something.

I enjoy quality red wines from California which are plentiful through Naked Wines.
Also the Chardonnay offered are really great as well.

I haven't received any wine that hasn't been delightful since I became a member. The service is magnificent; I receive a case quickly. The choices of wineries give me a wide variety of wines to try throughout different regions.

Got a voucher that I was interested in for $100 off. Chose products on their site, then during checkout it said I could only use it if I became a member of their $40 monthly subscription... made the voucher completely worthless. They lost the money I was going to pay after the voucher because I'm going somewhere else. What an absolute scam and waste of time

There are so many great things. The customer service is fantastic, whether helping solve a shipping issue or giving advise on what wine to purchase. The wines are great and fairly priced. We are drinking much better wine than we could buy at the stores for the same price. Anytime we have received a bad bottle, or something we just didn't like, we received a refund for that bottle. No questions asked. I like being able to actually interact with the winemaker, and being able to support small wineries. We are so glad we discovered Naked Wines.

I've been a Naked Wines customer for a long time now. That's because I can count on their selection, service, and delivery. They keep their promises and deliver the best wines at the best prices. I just placed another order, and am looking forward to sipping with pleasure!

Very high quality wines at a reasonable price. I love that they track the ratings, so I can order a box and say "surprise me" and since they know what I've rated highly in the past they can send me something I'm almost certain to like as well.

Naked Wines offers a wide range of wines from small, independent winemakers. I've found their wines to generally be excellent. I like that shipping is free with 12 or more bottles, which a lot of wine clubs don't offer. I've never had an issue or gotten the wrong bottle of wine. If you are a red wine drinker there are some superb reds at great prices. My only comment for improvement is that their selection of whites is more limited, and as an occasional Chardonnay drinker I'd like to see a bigger and better selection of Chardonnays.
