Fabulous customer service
My order wasn't quite right but it was instantly corrected and I received the completed order the very next day.
Any company can score high when all goes well - only the better ones step up to the mark when things go wrong.

Good fast efficient service. Unfortunately it is difficult to determine the colour of the nail polish from the images. I am trying to find a caramel shade of OPI nail polish and have ended up with 2 bottles which are nowhere near the right colour! Wish there was a way of remedying this
