I just had my intake appointment yesterday on 2/26/25 my counselor is very knowledgeable and I'm really optimistic about being a homeowner

I have been with NACA for some time , and now the timing is perfect my counselor has gotten me thru all the hurdles and Gods willing I will be in my new home soon...

All the staff of naca as been with me since day one . Educating and helping me though the course of my journey to home ownership. This is a very good program that help with the opportunity of owning a home a non-traditional way no credit judgments, no down payment or closing. I' have been trying to purchase a home for a while, now this give me hope to be a home owner .

NACA is a decent program to help make it easy to buy a home. They assign counselors and tools and a database to keep everything organized and sufficient. It can be mentally exhausting sometimes, but if you have your paperwork together you can breeze through it.

NACA is a great tool to use for first time homebuyers. I am in the process of buying my first home and NACA is guiding me through what it takes to be financially prepared for a home. Even if I don't get the mortgage through NACA, I am grateful for the knowledge it has given me thus far

I have been working with the best counselor in my situation. Mrs Ellen Petersen, walks you through the process in a manner you can follow and understand. My family and I are currently at the Action Plan status. I genuinely can feel our forever home in our grasp thanks to her time, patience and advice. Thank you for all you do not just for me but for families like mine.

The process is very smooth, straightforward, and informative. Our Counselor, Dwayne Jordan, has been amazing, patient, and extremely helpful. We are grateful to be members.

NACA is by far one of the best mortgage products available to the public. As long as you have realistic expectations of how long and tedious the process is going to take this will get you on your way to prepare you for home ownership and if you’re lucky get you into your first home

The NACA program seems too good to be true but it's real. It takes a bit of effort and time to get through all the requirements but the benefits are totally worth it. I'm just starting out, but so far, working with my mortgage counselor Katya Walker has been a pleasure. I'm looking forward to finding a great house with them.

Going through the homebuying process a second time around is scary but I will say it started off on a wonderful note. My counselor at NACA, Dwayne Jordan was thorough, professional, and organized. Today I had my first meeting with Mr. Dwayne Jordan my assigned counselor. The meeting went great! better than I anticipated. This can be a nervous life changing event though, Dwayne was personable and professional which made the process easy. I left the meeting with understanding and realistic expectations of what is forthcoming. I look forward to the remainder of this life changing process.

My counselor has been incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout this process, and I truly did not expect things to move forward so quickly.

I haven't experienced the process yet of getting a home and yes has taken a lot of time getting all the required documents, but it has shown me how much I have not tracked my funding and Megan Evans is excellent to work with. I am so looking forward to the end result.

The qualification prep process alone is worth the investment of time: a great way to prepare your budget priorities for home ownership!
