Lisa at Zillion was wonderful to work with. She addressed all of my questions with timely and helpful responses. And when I needed additional documentation to verify my purchases, she was very patient with me. I tried to add 2 more pieces of jewelry to my policy when I started it and couldn't get an answer when I texted them to you. Not a yes we got the documentation or no please send again. Hopefully, I can try again in a couple of days.
