Honestly, I was concerned about going through the whole process after my wife lost her wedding ring.

I submitted a claim for damage to my fiancée’s engagement ring. Julia responded back to me within one day’s worth of my submission. Julia was immediately in touch with my jewler and I to request all information she needed to fulfill this claim. Although I was persistent with following up Julia, she continued to respond within minutes with real time updates. We are very grateful for the quick and efficient work of Julia and the Zillion team.
