Ordered a brilliant 6-piece glassware with elaborate radiant dragons presented in a custom wooden box. What was received are plastic cups with kindergartner quality painting.
Refund policy says to return the items with the shipping label provided, but there is no return label and they are not responding to my emails.
The product looked much better in the website photos than it did in person. The materials felt cheap and the workmanship was poor. For the price paid, I expected substantially better quality. I have photos, but I don't see how to upload them here.
Still the most rubbish products on the internet
I did NOT receive my order. Got many emails saying the order was on its way. I was charged for my order.

Beware, Beware, Beware folks..
I have received the item, but it does not match the merchant's description. The product is significantly lower in quality than advertised, consisting of cheap, small plastic rather than the premium material shown in the social media promotional videos. Because the item is completely different from the online ads, I consider this a fraudulent transaction and reported the company to my credit card company, BBB, and comptroller agencies.
I have to agree with the review of Anna Jones - while not the same as my experience the product description was accurate and I STRONGLY suggest no one buy from this site.

DONT buy from these people they take your money but no goods show up in the mail. Scammers
I ordered two items (order #Mytrendyes64479) that cost me $296. After two weeks, and several emails, the company stated that they would send me a refund in 2 to 3 business days ( more than a week ago). I wrote them another email and they have stopped answering. They turned out to be scammers and I am beginning legal proceedings in which they will be sued for the cost, as well as my attorney fees. A TERRIBLE experience from the LEAST RELIABLE company I have dealt with.
I placed an order, received confirmation my purchase had been shipped. When I tried to check my tracking order, it didn’t show any update. I contacted the company and was told response was so high they had run out and could not fill my order. I questioned why they had lied to me and taken my money. Did not respond to my question.
I am adding this on today’s date, August 25th,2026 that I have received an email telling me I will be refunded the full amount. Needless to say I wouldn’t deal with this company that lies to their customers.

I ordered artificial plants and those delivered in no way resembled those in the advertisement. They were half the volume and very inferior material. I threw them away!!
Late June I ordered these glasses that claim to have Auto Focus. Let me just say I see better without these glasses than I see with them on. I’ve contacted the company twice informing them I wish to return these glasses for a full refund less shipping. I have not received a response so will send these back to the address I found on the website!
