Excellent customer service
I contacted my ticket customer service, as I accidentally deleted my booking confirmation email for a future concert.
Obviously I was really concerned, but the customer care department looked into this immediately and sent out another confirmation email.
First class service and many thanks for your quick and efficient service.

I bought tickets to see I See Stars at OVO Wembly Arena - they put the band on knowing that half the crowd were still outside in the queue waiting to get in. Completely missed the band I paid £80 to see, totally unacceptable

Are you genuinely telling us - in this by now highly automated business world - there’re additional costs incurring for emailing eTickets to us customers?
And what’d be the explanation for charging us after a payment?
There’s positively no excuse other than these blatant ripp-off merchants are protected by too slack UK laws.

We bought tickets to 40 years…
We bought tickets to 40 years anniversary gig by professional band W.A.S.P., the band was miming and using a back up track system for this LIVE performance. This is unbelievable in this time and age, it is unprofessional and definitely not a live performance we were expecting for the price we have paid. Kilimanjaro live (myticket) doesn't want to have anything to do with my complaint. They don't answer, don't give any explanation. The only explanation we got from the ticket seller was the following... Although we understand your frustration, you did technically see the band live and the stipulations of the performance were not detailed or specified so for this reason no refund will be issued I’m afraid and regrettably we can offer no further correspondence thusly... I can't honestly believe this, mainly that companies and bands charging this kind of money for live performance get away with such explanation.
Bad review turned out to a great outcome!
I gave myticket.co.uk a bad review as I had not received a refund for my tickets for Roger Hodgson's concert. I am happy to say that they have reimbursed me. I'm sorry that I gave them a bad review but when a lot of money is at stake plus the current situation, I was worried that the company could go into administration etc. However I am very happy with the outcome. I also accept that they were too busy to answer everybody's emails. However a blanket response would have been helpful. It won't stop me using them in the future if we ever get to go and see our favourite musicians again!
Roger Hodgson refund. Still waiting!
Still awaiting refund for Roger Hodgson concert cancelled 8 weeks ago. Keep chasing by emails, they keep saying they’re busy! Not good enough. Poor service.
