My experience has been very good from the start; they explained every detail of my case and helped me gather the necessary documents. Everyone has been very kind, and they always answer whenever I have questions.

I went to my appointment a half an hour early and sat for an hour and no one showed. Messed my day up. Now I have to find out my next steps.

My parents were not sure what to expect with solar claim, but Mario Luna was amazing ! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all caring. We are very thankful for him.

My Solar Claim are a blessing they're efficient,knowledgeable, kind,very professional, just on top of their game. Truly either a God sent and Angels. I was promised no electric over $104.00 for the rest of my life. I would never receive a electric bill from edison ever again. I would receive credits from edison and tax credits that I never saw all credits went to legacy and Everbright solar My electric bill has been $104.00+$150= $254.00 they gathered the the lies in my contract and got me reimbursed 100%. I have never have seen or heard of a company going above and beyond for me like My Solar Claim. I want to say a big THANK YOU to Kean,Julia,Melanie and Joe for showing me people do care!!!

The experience that I had with my solar claim, was a great experience the representative Mario did a great job from the first time I believe I spoke with him in April until the last conversation we had May 24th of 2026. He was very courteous explaining everything from beginning to the end starting with the preliminary report until the final report the final analysis report. Mario answered all the questions that I had and if I needed to contact him he was available or he would let me know when he was it was great working with him to get all the information that I needed to pursue my claim. And Cynthia from the case management department she was awesome as well the overall experience that I had with the whole team was excellent. And I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for all your help and all your kindness until I talk to you all again have a blessed one.

Since my review a couple of days ago, I have spoken to someone in their customer service department and have worked tirelessly these last 2 days to make sure everything is taken care of. I appreciate them for reaching out and working things out.

Jeremiah, Cynthia, and Tisha were all extremely helpful in walking me through the entire process. I felt completely supported the entire time and they answered every question that I had with a lot of patience. Jeremiah was extremely thorough in helping me understand the process and captured everything that I told him in my original interview with great accuracy.
