I placed my order in March. The website was under the penquin store. I placed the order. After 3 weeks to see where my order called the Penquin store. Didn't have my order or had a website. The.name of the company changed in my shipping notification. Took two months to receive my order. I'm a hospice nurse. It was for a cancer patient. I prayed it made it on time was promised discounts never received. Do not recommend
I am 100% a happy customer. Their customer service was fantastic. They emailed me promptly because I had the name backwards on the back and gave me options to make sure that the name would be correct. They listened to what I wanted and my custom jersey was shipped fast. I did have to pay DHL an additional fee to have it delivered that I was unaware of but I didn’t pay for shipping in the original order so it was ok with me.
Absolutely the worst customer service was rude. Terrible product would not recommend.
The Hockey jerseys may be custom made, but they're only a semi-decent imitation of authentic designs. All of the patches are sewn on with rough edges, and there are significant left over stitches hanging out all over both of the jerseys we bought. The girlfriend had intended to buy me a split jersey but the instructions are incredibly difficult and written so defensively as to suggest if you don't order right, it's 100% your own fault no matter the scenario. As all of the jerseys are "custom made," nothing can be returned or exchanged, so now I have $200+ worth (2) fake jerseys to immediately give away to the local thrift store or homeless shelters. The slap in the face is that they put the insurance value at $25 for the international shipping... I agree, $25 is about what they're worth.
Pros: The VGK jersey was pretty close to the grey sweater design. All of the patches seemed to be in the right spots.
Cons: The Nashville jersey was just all wrong. Random blue bar across the shoulders, nashville patch on the arm instead of the shoulder, half the bottom of the front was blue. This one was bad!
I've read the dozens of terrible interactions with attempting any sort of customer service with Art, so I'm just going to take my licks and write my peace and move on.
If you want a custom VGK Jersey, just buy one from the Armory. You're only saving maybe $30-50 for a poor imitation compared to the real thing.
I would not recommend this company for custom hockey jerseys. I cannot comment on any of their other products.

After I made a purchase, I received a receipt email but no confirmation for the order. I waited a day and when I still hadn't received anything, I reached out to the only email they had under "contact us". I did receive a pretty quick response from "Art", saying the billing address didn't match what my CC had. The email said I would need to send a picture of my license and the front/back of the CC that was used. I found that to be very sketchy so I requested the order be cancelled. I was sent a very aggressive email calling me a fraud and that the bank was holding my money and there was nothing I could do about it. What type of customer service is that?? I'll be contacting my CC company to ensure this EXPENSIVE charge does not get processed. Don't waste your time with this "Art" person/company. After browsing more reviews about this company, its clear its a scam being ran by a very rude person.
