It was easy to contact and book with U-Skip. On the day of the Skip delivery. The man who came to drop off the skip was very friendly and efficient. All over and done in a couple of minutes. Would recommend!
Excellent service from the start of enquiry to the collection of the skip. The USkip website was easy to navigate and the options for hiring the skip were clear and flexible. I liked how the time periods which I could choose didn’t alter the price. The skip was dropped off and picked up at reasonable times and all hassle-free. Would definitely use the service again. Thank you!
I ordered a skip on Wednesday had it delivered on Thursday and was filled by that evening, I rang USkips to see if it could be collected on the Friday, she did say she would try for that day but it might be Monday. The skip got picked up today (Monday). Sorry for those who had a bad experience, but I can’t say I did. From the phone call to it being picked up was excellent even to the guys who delivered and collected. This is why I gave a 5 star. :)
Booked a skip through the U Skip app for Tuesday morning. The skip arrived in good time via a third party company. The skip was cheapest around and it was collected a week later. No drama , no issues. Thank you
Collection driver reversed into my drive and smashed retaining wall and block paving nearby. His attitude was disgraceful and he couldn't care that he had caused damage to my property. Uskip and EWC Recycling company (sub contracted to collect) not interested and both deny responsibility.
T & C’s on Uskip website are a waste of screen space – they don’t provide any customer service in the event of an accident – no response by phone or email.

Very disappointed that my skip has not arrived today. The money has already been taken out of my account. It was due for delivery today. I have limited time his weekend and have now wasted a whole day. I had tried to call the company several times and have received the same message telling me there is no one to take my call and asking me to call again later. I have also emailed them and sent a message but no response. Extremely poor customer service. I wonder if the skip will arrive tomorrow!
All initially started well. I booked 12-yard skip and they bring me on time, after 2 days I request for exchange the same size skip but they bring me 10 yards skip instead of 12 Yard skip!!!!!!!! I paid the same amount of before but did not receive the same size of skip which is not acceptable!!!
After sending evidence by email and a lot of phone calls they just said we hire from another company and they are saying this 12 yard!!!!! The driver damage our bin with no apology!
They offered no discount on another skip or refund.
Because of complaining they didn't come and collect the skip on time so I had to chase up so many times!!
Ordered via Uskip.com as they promised this could be collected on a specific day (as this needed to be gone for other purposes). The ordering process was fine and the skip was delivered on time.
However, when it came to collecting and communicating any delays, this is where Uskip fell short. I received an email advising it would be collected "Today" however I called Uskip since this had not collected, they advised this would not be collected as they were "too busy". The "Customer Service" staff put the phone down on me multiple times, did not provide a new collection day/time and were extremely rude.
Eventually, I managed to get through to the manager who was helpful and polite but again offered me something they could not fulfill (i.e. a new collection time which was missed by 5 hours)
I would not recommend this company solely based on their customer service. If they called me advising of a delay and the new collection day, it would have potentially made this terrible experience better.
Good skip company. On time and collected the next day - will use again and highly recommended. Very simple online booking process.
