I ORDERED TWO SETS OF THE DECANTOR AND WISKEY GLASSES WITH OUT INITIAL ONE SET WAS FINE THE OTHER SET WAS CRUSHED AND GLASSES BROKEN I HAVE EMAILES THEMSEVERAL TIMES ND HAVE SENT PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE BUT THEY KEEP REPLYING THAT THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PICTURES BUT THEY GET MY MESSAGE NOW I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING SINCE 4/7/26 I'M SO TIREDD OF GETTING THE RUNAROUND JUSTSEND ME NEW GLASSES

I wish I could give negative star! This company is a complete scam! Did not get why was advertised. I receive a cheap piece of plywood that was damaged and poorly finished. Do you know how many pieces of plywood I can buy for $160?!?! I was supposed to receive a repurposed whiskey barrel
Lid. I did not. And the dispenser never showed up. Ingrid to get a refund but they said they would reship items for more money. And the more money went up every time I contacted them. Then when they were contacted about the dispute I filed with my cc they emailed me and said I better cancel the dispute because it would negatively affect my credit and I would be charged more. I am still trying to deal with getting the dispute done. This has Been a nightmare.

0 stars. Should have researched. Complete scam. Arguing for full refund right now and they keep asking me to pay a new shipping fee to have the product re-shipped. Like hell I will!! So mad I ever ordered this.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Mymycustom/MyRoyal Custom = same company and not worth the hassle for the amount you pay. I ordered from them and expedited the gift for Christmas. This was in NOVEMBER... when the gift came in this past weekend... the item was broken. Glad I paid only around $126.00.... I think it traveled the world before getting to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Should be able to give a 0. This is the worst online experience I have ever had. Nothing about the whisky barrel lid dispenser is accurate. The material is cheap wood and looks nothing at all like the website what they are selling. The personalization was not correct nor did they send the dispensers. 2 weeks of emailing back and forth to resolve with ridiculous offerings. They are unable to provide on a repurposed whisky barrel lid which is what they state to be selling.

Terrible product, terrible customer service. Paid about $100 for a custom whiskey barrel which was unusable. Asked to return the product for a refund & they offered me $10 instead. They haven’t answered any emails since. Do NOT order from this company!

The website does not make it clear that your product is being shipped from overseas which dictates what "express" shipping means. My product arrived late, and the company only offered $5.00 as an apology. The product didn't seem to match what was depicted in their web photos. I am just happy I got something. It was nice, but not at all what I expected.

For the price of this product, I expected a lot more. What I received was a few dented and scratched fence posts that are not oak (for which I paid extra), they have a cheap veneer on just the front. The glue is visible on all sides of the posts. It was shipped with a squished box containing the actual dispenser, a prefabricated item that had to be disassembled to complete the item I ordered. This thing was not even put together or packaged securely at all. Several of the pre drilled holes have also blown out the face of the wood. The vinyl is cut well, but I was expecting a wood burn. That was my own misconception. Regardless, for over $160, the quality is just not there.
Furthermore, when I reached out to customer service, they did not honor their dissatisfaction warranty on their website. I was not offered a replacement for the damaged item, and they only offered me a $20 refund. I found the exact same product on Amazon for $50 that stated assembly was required. this is 100% a scam.

False advertisement. Cheaply made product ships from China. Not happy at all. Will not answer emails either. I want a refund! About to dispute charges on my credit card at this point. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

False advertising, cheaply made product, unable to complete order to advertised specifications. Ordered a custom whiskey barrel lid dispenser.
1. NOT located in the US - order made and shipped from China.
2. NOT a whiskey barrel lid, cheap wood sent not to same size 13 inches
3. NOT wood burned/etched lettering, decals applied to wood
4. Liqour dispensers are cheap plastic
5. NOT mountable, improper screws sent and double stick tape
6. Customer service horrible, offered a 10% refund for a product that is not as advertised and not usable as received.

*** I have reported to BBB hoping for a resolution.... Receiving product order to advertised specifications or a refund for false advertising a product.

Glass came in broken . This is second time they have have shipped the product

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Their goal is to show beautiful woodwork, send you crap, then offer you a partial refund to get you to go away. My 4 year old daughter could craft this product better than what I received. Buyer beware!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered the whiskey barrel dispenser. Fake barrel top, plank wood, looks nothing like what’s advertised. Tape on the back to mount it to the wall… They offered me 10% back after they charged $160 for a $10 quality item. Complete garbage!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Horrible logistics and shipping services. Lost my initial order due to using a shipping service that doesn't deliver to my address. Had to have the order completely remade. I got the whiskey decanter set, and the liqour dispenser that hangs on the wall. The cover of the decanter set was not evenly cut. One side is way fatter then the other, giving it an uneven look. The wall hanging liqour dispenser was suppose to say "The Biohazard Bar" but instead they decided to add an S to Biohazard so now it says "The Biohazards Bar". Plurel, with an S. So now it's just a family of biohazards, and I have pictures to send to anyone that would like them of these products. I also paid for expedited shipping. When I demanded a refund the best they could do was $30. I spent over $300, paid for expedited shipping. It took 1.5 months to get to me and both items either jad visual defects or spelling errors. BY ALL MEANS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPNAY.

I should have do.my re search before i ordered à cognac set i got a wine glass and dirty. The dont have a number to call just an email. 117$ us garbage. And i live in Canada so i spent more. Dont ever order from them

Received a product completely different than what I ordered - looked cheap, leaked, etc. Customer service did nothing but give me the run around. Spent nearly $100 and they offered a $20 refund. Garbage company.

I’m sure this post will not make it, since it is monitored by the company. The product that you see is not what you’ll get. My product never came customized, which is the whole reason I was told it took so long to be delivered. Very dissatisfied with the product and more dissatisfied with their return process. There is nothing again custom about my order. Everything is generic. It does not look anything like the images. It does not come with any instruction manual to assemble. The hardware is plastic and very cheap. The hardware will not even lineup with the holes that are drilled in the flimsy board that’s provided. Do not be tricked by the pictures. order MM36820

I ordered a set of Glasses that were custom and supposed to hold over 10 oz; the cups arrived a month and a half later and were only 6 oz; the customer services stated that the factory did not have the product I ordered and they would offer a 15 dollar credit (paid over $100). They do not make their sales right, as the website states. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
