Do not deal with this company as they are utter dog s#1te.
Against my better judgement I ordered two pairs of safety trainers as the price was too tempting to ignore. They took about a month to arrive despite their sales claim of 7-10 business days. It only took about 3 weeks for the shoes to start failing, the Boa style fastener no longer holding, the sole delaminating and squeeking as you walk, and the steel toe starting to come loose in the toe box.
I have been trying to get a refund for the last 2 and 1/2 months by email. They stated that I had to return them to a Chinese address at my cost or alternatively they would give me 20% "to save me the hassle".
I refused this on a number of occasions and they are now ghosting me.

I have also noticed another company registered at the same London address that they claim is their "Headquarters". This also has a near identical website but is a company called Remi, selling WiFi CCTV cameras. Both companies claim to be founded by a Lucy, one being Lucy Greg and the other Lucy Mishe but with identical signatures on the websites. I am now assuming they are fake companies just using the address as a PO Box.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! My husband bought two pairs of wide fit steel cap work boots. I told him not to but he said the price was good. Having had to wait several weeks for delivery they arrived but were too small and definitely not wide fit. He contacted the company who responded quickly and said you can either return them or keep them and we will give you 10% back. What is the point - they don't fit. The web site gave a London address and my hubby was prepared to return to that address - oh no! They had to go back to China - and the shipping was more than half what he paid for the boots. After a lot of email exchanges he said he would accept the improved 20% refund and keep the boots - nothing. This company is a disgrace. Nowhere does it say return to China. Sadly my hubby doesn't use PayPal otherwise he might have had some support. Run a mile from these scammers.

Order confirmed on the 7th of November, it’s now the 23rd and still no sign of my boots, and no response to four messages. This is a total scam!!😡😡

Advert showed them to be great with positive reviews. Received them and the wire type lace in one boot was broken already . I've contact them got fobbed off with partial refund. I said no thanks I want full refund. STILL no reply since . They were direct from China if I spent £20 more would have brought decent boots I could have actually checked from the shop before buying.

Please, please, do yourselves a favour, don't deal with these frauds.
My boots wern't delivered, they say they were, but to a location I don't recognise.
And to make it worse PayPal believe them, and have refused my claim.

THIS COMPANY IS DREADFUL. Wished I would have read these reviews beforehand!
I ordered Safety boots , when i looked at the order after I had clicked confirm , the size and colour were wrong , not what I had chosen (obviously had ran out of my size and colour , and were sending what they had in stock ) . Tried to track the item and the tracking system don't work , its been over a week now , nothing has arrived and no feed back from the emails I have sent asking what is going on ........Kavon, stay away from this rubbish supplier.

I wish I had checked this before i was lured in to by 2 pairs for £70. I placed my order on 16th June 2025. I still haven't even received them. I tracked them and it was taking so long. Eventually I got a delivery date but They didn't put my house number on the delivery address so Royal mail returned it to Sender after 2 attempts. I even called Royal mail to see if I could collect from my local sorting office but it had already been returned. I emailed kavon with a screenshot of the email from Royal mail. They responded 2 days later giving me the tracking number I had already sent them in the screenshot.
After numerous emails they apologised and offered me a 30% discount code on my next order and advised my parcel will be reshipped to me soon. It's now 4th August and I still haven't received them. I have asked for a full refund but haven't had any reply.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
I suppose I'm just going to have to accept that I won't see my money again.
They should be held accountable and be shut down or blocked from trading totally.

Absolute Chinese junk! Do not touch this company. Bought safety boots for my son they are absolute trash! Wish I had found all these other bad reviews before and then I wouldn't have wasted my hard earned money! You should be ashamed of yourselves ripping people off like this

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the safety shoes. The delivery was long and after several emails the shoes arrived but were too small so I requested my 30 day money back guarantee due to the size issue along with the delivery timescale. They came back to me like others on here, saying, to avoid the hassle in sending the item back, they would offer a 10% refund. I declined that offer and asked for the delivery address for posting back but they have so far, failed to answer my emails or get back in touch . Absolute joke and extremely poor customer service and wish I hadn’t clapped eyes on their social media web site

Stay clear of this company it will cost you darely if you need to return anything as they offer you 5% to keep the item or yo send it back at a cost of over £35 to get £20 back from your item absolutely disgrace

Stay clear of this company, the customer service is a disgrace,if your order is not right for some reason than tough you won’t get it resolved and you won’t get your money back either, don’t be fooled by some of the reviews

Disappointed at the quality of the shoe, emailed for a full refund immediately and was offered £5.40 which I refused and now going down the credit card miss sold route as the stated “full refund if not satisfied within 30 days” total rubbish Kavon

Cheap sh*t from China. Same products over half price cheaper from other retailers/websites. Non-existent customer service! Don't reply to your emails. Offers 5% partial refund instead of sending item back for a full refund. Upped the partial refund to 15% when I said I wasn’t happy with product. I said I still wasn’t happy and I wanted to send the item back for a full refund - they expect you to send it back to china when their offices are showing in London! The cost to send back to China is £30+!!

The worst company with the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Bought two items; both the cheapest things ever. They did not do what they said they would. Even though the company is registered in Stratford in the UK when I wanted my money back they said they wouldn’t pay for return and it would have to be sent by tracked post to China. An absolute joke and no satisfaction through their “support email”. It says on the site it was started by someone called Lucy Greggs in 2018; that they offer money back guarantee, lies, all of it. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM unless you want to lose your money. They were horrible to deal with, no manners, basically a scam

Do not touch this company. Cheap item and offered 5% refund or return to China. The law need to be tightened up about these cons. I didn't buy from China so why return it there ? Customer services is run by parrots. Avoid avoid avoid

Product received but too small and quality poor. Requested a refund. Customer support tried to push me towards taking a 10% refund rather than returning the product for a full refund. Their response was the word Hi. Now not responding to my emails. Over a month since opening the request to return and nothing back from them. Very poor service.

Like many others, it seems, I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I have been trying to return my item for a refund for over a month now and keep getting fobbed off. The latest is that they are prepared to give me a 15% refund and me keep the item. Why would I want to keep something that is no use to me? Am trying to pursue through PayPal.

As per my previous email. I’ve emailed them again asking for our refund & the same automated reply was sent back ‘please return the goods for a full refund’!!!
