I ordered 2 items. Neither arrived despite being told they had been dispatched. Contacted customer service, could not get rid of me quick enough, but apparently sorted it. 1 item turned up today, more than a week after I ordered it. Contacted customer service again asking about the other product, only to be told it was out of stock (which it wasn't when I ordered it) and that I could have an alternative or a refund. I asked for the alternative, only to be told that if I want an alternative they would cancel and refund my original order and I would have to re-order!! That's not offering an alternative. Customer service were essentially useless as are this Company, no idea of stock management! DO NOT USE! All they want to do is hold on to your money as long as possible!!!
UPDATE: Finally managed to get to someone in Customer Service (Nadine) who actually knew what they were doing, and have possibly sorted it out. But it will still be the best part of 2 weeks since I ordered my items, and if I'm honest I am not holding my breathe that it will even turn up!!!

Products a good but delivery is shocking got protein in a box that was broken and a hole in one of the bags then they eamil me to tell me that the item was missing and they will investiagte and prosecute if I lieing even though I he shop I did my click and collect advised me to complain because they said the box was broken on arrival and they do respond to messages I am now using bulk powders as they are better at costumer service
I am. Now changing my review after a delayed response my protein have rectified the delivery issues and I have been using my protein for years and my faith is restored In them once more they sent out a replacement which was a great compliment because it was on bag that was damaged

I was delighted to learn lately that MP is I'm Ireland and have had three recent orders from them. The product is amazing and I buy a full compliment of high quality amino acids from them. There was also an issue with a product being opened on delivery recently and they replaced it without fuss but I feel I need to say this... Delivery times are SHOCKING!!! Coming from Basildon...literally have not considered Brexit so I've no idea where the .IE domain comes into it lads....bit of advice... To stop your Irish customers hitting stock outs just set up a small holding warehouse in Belfast or Larne or somewhere up there. You're a massive company now and I've watched you grow since 2010 when you had that dodgy referral system that would give everyone super cheap protein...now you're involved in everything and your product range are immense you seriously should not neglect the fine details in your delivery chain. Amateur hour at best. Fantastic product but someone needs re-training...if you don't consider this, there's always proteinworx... literally 24 hour delivery and they beat you hands down in one area which is crucial...taste...so I'd be seriously considering sorting deliveries out as it's becoming well known you're not reliable over here...

This company is an absolute joke for delivery times. I have only ordered twice from it and both times it has been delayed. It has .ie in its title but it could not be delivering from Ireland as the delivery times are ridiculous. I will never order it again.
Update : just get confirmation that my delivery will be here between 17th - 22th of September.
That’s absolutely ridiculous,if I had known that I would have shopped local.

Products great. Always happy with their protein powder and their protein bars. Tastes great!
However, ordering online for delivery in Ireland, is extremely slow. Order placed 7 days ago and left the UK 6 days ago. There have been no updates to tracking since. Not sure how or why it takes that long to travel from the UK to Ireland. They use Evri who I think are just not a great courier service.

I have again for the 3rd time placed an order that they have delivered to the wrong address. By wrong address I mean a completely different address that is not now nor ever had been mine nor one that is remotely close to me. I asked after placing this order if they were going to send it to the correct address and they confirmed they would. I raised another complaint and they offered a refund. At no point in any engagement with them have they tried to investigate the issue which now means I can no longer shop with them!

Wish there is 0 star for Myprotein. I ordered a protein powder and received it with the lid already popped open and mold growing inside. I contacted customer service, but instead of offering a refund or exchange, they passed me off to the “quality control team,” who have done nothing but waste my time. It's been over a week with no resolution, no accountability. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Delivery capabilities of this firm are a joke. So if you're gonna order, do it well in advance and accept next day doesn't exist.
They will then proceed to lose the parcel, damage the parcel and then claim none of that ever happened. I think its a delaying technique so they dont worry about dispatch times to get the product out the day it was purchased!
They went back on their word of sending what was insinuated as a good will refund without telling me. Instead waiting for the "3-5" days to pass.
Products finally arrived. Coated in various delivery labels, some where on the items inside the packaging and were about diverting the parcels to lockers which I never requested? Haven't got a clue about that.
Protein powder is pretty decent, so yeah... good product, bad company that's my take on this.

-The items that are on sale are the ones with terrible taste and quality. Return process is convulated, refun took 6 weeks.
-There was a promotion *while* I'm buying protein shake of €1 creatin but I wasn't told when I checked out. I was sent an email about the promotion *after* I checked out.
-I referred a friend but referral bonus was not automatically applied when I checked out. Now that amount is stuck in my account, unless I buy more stuff from them.

Finger weg, ganz unseriöse Geschäftspraktiken: am 4.7.2025 Proteinpulver bestellt, und 6,49 € für „Lieferung am nächsten Tag“ bezahlt, da ich das Proteinpulver mit in den Urlaub nehmen wollte. Geliefert werden sollte dann laut Unternehmen am 7.7.2025. Auf Aufforderung, mir die zu viel bezahlten Portokosten zurück zu überweisen, kam ein lapidar Kommentar, bei Bestellungen an einem Freitag würde nie am Folgetag ausgeliefert. Das ist nicht zutreffend, beim angegebenen Versand steht jedenfalls: bei Bestellung nach (Donnerstag) 23:00 Uhr wird am Folgetag ausgeliefert. Das Geld wurde im übrigen kommentarlos genommen. Dass das nicht zulässig ist, kann jeder nachlesen: § 312j BGB – Pflichten im elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr:
Der Unternehmer muss dem Verbraucher unmittelbar vor Abgabe der Bestellung klar und verständlich die wesentlichen Merkmale der Ware oder Dienstleistung nennen.
Dazu gehört auch die Lieferzeit.

Update vom 7.7.2025: noch nicht mal heute wurde die Bestellung zugestellt, angeblich „ konnte diese nicht zugestellt werden“.
update vom 8.7.2025: das Unternehmen hat reagiert und das zu viel bezahlte Porto zurücküberwiesen.
Feedback zu den Produkten: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (qualitativ hochwertig).

Misleading product and false advertising!
I ordered the “Advance Weight Gainer” based on their website description promising high calories and protein suitable for serious weight gain. However, what I received was a completely different product labeled “Hard Gainer,” with significantly lower calories, carbohydrates, and different ingredients.
This is not just a flavour difference it is a different formulation altogether. The company misled me by sending a product that does not match their advertised description.
I have contacted the seller, but they failed to resolve the issue properly. I will be filing complaints with consumer protection authorities.
Buyers beware! Do not trust this seller’s product descriptions.
