Absolut nightmare

Absolut nightmare! I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. I bought printhead that stopped working properly after 3-4 months. I contacted the company in June (5th month from the purchase). She didn't calculated warranty end correctly and said it ended 27th June (I bought it 25th January). When I realised that, contacted her again and then she asked me for proving the amount of time I've used the printhead. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this company! They certainly aren't there for customer.

Constantly sending me the wrong order

This company were unable to send me goods that were advertised as in stock on their website. Their warehouse sent me the wrong goods and after phone calls and email I had to wait in whilst the wrong goods were collected and received at their warehouse before they would refund me or send out the right goods. I gave them a second chance to send the right goods but again the warehouse sent me the same wrong goods again. The staff at the call centre try their best, they emailed the warehouse 3 times but got no reply from them. Apparently they do not have a phone. So I gave up and asked for a refund nearly two months to resolve.
The website is used by a lot of companies so hence the poor service. Got in touch with another company who delivered the right product within two days!

Update on previous reveiw

Update, after 3 hours on the phone i got through and i am now told their supplier has no stock asnd eta is unknown.I have requested a credit for the balance and will now avoid this company forever!

Very good all round

Very good all round. I ordered on Monday evening and I had the files by the Tuesday lunchtime.

The quality is excellent and the price was very competitive.

I will have no hesitation in using My Post Shop again.

Do not use attempted fraud

Did an order, wouldn’t let me add card details ‘apparently’ so was emailed to say order cancelled. I checked my bank and stated order pending so emailed company twice and got no reply. Then my bank sent me new card as said recent payment had been used in attempted fraud so they cancelled it. DO NOT USE !!

DONT BUY ELECTRICAL ITEMS

Ordered a toaster with a 2 year warranty, stopped working after 12 months and a couple of days of original purchase. But you had to replace this from the off so technically I had a working toaster at the end of February, Guess what you wont replace it under the warranty. Called Igenix who have said the retailer will sort this for you. MyPostShop will not acknowledge any responsibility. I could give an extra star for being price competitive but the customer service is a shambles so I would avoid for anything with a warranty. General consumables are perishable so wouldn't be an issue.

Placed order on 16 Jan its is now 10…

Placed order on 16 Jan its is now 10 Feb and no attempt has been made to deliver my parcel to my address. However they have delivered it to 2 completely different addresses for no valid reason as we have not left the house since December. The couriers used are totally incompetent ( or incontinent as their spell check would say), the customer services are quick to respond but have still failed to deliver the items to me. i am awaiting a refund

Avoid like the plague.

Ordered 2 print cartridges, promised next day delivery which turned into 2 working days - only for two bottles of disinfectant to arrive! Promised again that this would be resolved within 24 hours, waited home all day and nothing arrived, still waiting now 48 hours later. Avoid!

Disappointed with MyPostShop experience

I thought I would give "MyPostShop" the benefit after reading mixed reviews of this site. I ordered a wall clock yesterday and paid for "express delivery" i.e order before 5pm for same day dispatch. Checked tracking today to find "Order still processing", checked item on web page Item now "awaiting Stock"?. No email explaining problem with order or offer to cancel order or offer of another clock. I phoned for explanation which was that stock item sold and could I wait up to 9 more days. I have cancelled order hope they do that efficiently.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order was delivered promptly. One purchase was returned due to incomplete parts (not their fault) but customer service was excellent ,kept in touch promptly with advice by email. Thought it would be a nightmare but wasn't. Toni arranged the return and are refunding cost of purchase as we speak. Very good . Will use again with customer service that good. You never know when you need them.

Unable to pay. Is this a legitimate site?

As per previous reviews I was unable to pay. Is this a legitimate site and if so, how can they be making any profit if people are unable to make payments to complete their orders. Unhappy and will not bother to try again.

Very disappointed!

Nice clear site but unable to get to final payment button..it doesn't seem to exist!.
Despite several attempts...just cannot pay!!.
So I've gone elseware..lost customer on my very first visit to this site!!!
Please if anyone is reading this from "mypostshop"..get your payment page sorted out.

Dont bother ordering

Scumbags! Ordered on Thursday morning, called them up to say its urgent and I need for next day. She said order now and we will dispatch today. 36hours later it's not even been dispatched and will be done Friay night supposedly. Delivery for Monday. Unreal! Will never use again.
