My Planning Drawings Omdömen

Exceptional Service! I recently had the privilege of working with Thomas French to secure planning permission for my project, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the very first meeting, Thomas exhibited a level of professionalism, expertise, and commitment that truly set him apart.

Thomas consistently provided prompt responses to our inquiries, kept us updated on the progress of our application, and always went above and beyond to ensure our peace of mind throughout the process. His dedication and diligence were evident in every interaction we had with him.

Thomas played a crucial role in obtaining planning permission for our side extension, rear extension, and garage conversion. His in-depth understanding of the field, combined with his vast experience, was key to the success of our application. Thanks to his efforts, all three projects were approved without the need for any appeals – a testament to his exceptional skill and knowledge.

I am deeply grateful to Thomas for his unwavering commitment to excellence and outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking expert assistance with planning-related matters. Thank you, Thomas, for helping us turn our dreams for our home into a reality. Your dedication and expertise have made all the difference.

I was beginning to think that Myplanningdrawings.com had ceased trading, given the radio-silence I’ve had from them since they took my money, but I’ll share my experience as a warning to anyone else considering using them.

I appointed them in Feb 2023 to produce some simple drawings for a porch on my house, not a major project. It took them 9 weeks to do this (I paid for a two-week turnaround), and that was after a lot of chasing and missed self-imposed deadlines. I paid them £335 on delivery of these. The local authority then requested side elevations, and a couple of amendments, which they said he’d do for me. That was another 11 weeks ago. I’ve lost the slot my builder had set aside, the council thought I’d withdrawn my planning application, and now I am going to have to get a more reliable CAD architect to complete the job I’ve already paid for once.

It would appear from other reviews that my experience is not unique.

Initially I received an excellent response and service from this business and gave an excellent review, but since I paid the invoice I am finding it really hard to get a response to my emails from this business and when he does respond he uses words such as your plans are almost finished and i am finalising your plans, but I have still not received the plans needed for building quotes. If plans are being finalised I would have expected to receive them a couple of days later. I suggested to this business that he could repay my money if he is unable to do the plans and I will find someone else.

My Planning Drawings.com produce good drawings. My main issue is the lack of opportunity to speak to someone. I conclude the only communication is via email so to manage expectations don't expect to talk to anyone on the phone. When you're close to the deadline and the only communication is emails it create stress when lives are so busy. Having said this, Thomas was responsive.. again by email only and in my view, only because I was given a deadline by the council involved. My plans were submitted and accepted in time so thank you.

Faultless from start to finish.

Tom was always prompt and very helpful when replying to any questions.

The drawings done for us really helped get our planning application approved.
Our planning officer decided they wanted an additional drawing with a different scale later down the line which Tom sorted for us with quickly with no issues.

Highly recommend.

Tom was responsive from start to finish, producing exactly what we needed to support our PLD application in respect of solar panels. I have no hesitation in recommending myplanningdrawings.com

Contacted My Planning Drawings about an extension and loft conversion. Didn't want to do the measuring ourselves so arranged for a measuring survey for £250. Everything seemed great, emails were replied to promptly, questions answered, I was so pleased.

Then the invoice was sent. Less than 24 hours later I had an email asking for payment. Which I sent. Then silence. I asked to arrange a date. Was told, "I'll check the diary", then nothing for days. Asked again, same thing "I'll check the diary". Asked again. Silence. One week became two. Silence. Said we were in a hurry. Silence.

Now we're asking for our money back. Don't know if its incompetence, or a scam. But I'm out of pocket and three weeks behind where I wanted to be with my project.

Devastated.

I was very impressed by the service offered, being able to produce such good drawings, from my motley collection of information and photos, at a very fair price.
I particularly appreciated the efficient, friendly and helpful communications keeping me informed throughout the process, including regular follow-up emails after supplying the drawings, to check on the progress of my planning application until permission was finally granted.
An altogether excellent experience.

Came across the guys at Myplanningdrawings while looking for an arcitect to draw up a roof layout for my solar panel planning permission application. Thomas was very responsive through the initial contact, and happy to help me with a tight deadline. I contacted them on the monday, and they had the plans for review by the friday.

The plans were exactly what i needed (the council were happy) and all in all i'm very happy with the service provided. Costs were layed out right from the start, no messing around.

Would highly recommend Thomas and the team.

Absolute 5 star experience with this company! My designer, Thomas, from start to finish was so efficient with responses and made to whole process beyond easy. He was clear with exactly what I needed to provide, used no jargon, making everything easy to understand, and turned my plan out well within my short 3 day window. If your needing plans drawing up, look no further ⭐️

Did a great job to produce the floor plans and elevations required by the council based on some basic drawings from us. Turned around quickly and did a few tweaks at the end with no bother. Good value service.

Excellent high quality drawnings, great communication and super fast turn around from start to finish! But for me the best part was the price. So nice to see a company with great honest values. Will definitely be using again for my further developments. Thanks to all at MY PLANNING DRAWINGS for making the process so easy.
