Fantastic service! We are very happy with the work completed by Luis, he works around the clock to get work completed.
Luis is very professional, hardworking and talented at his job.

The pricing is very fair and you can pay in increments as the project progresses.

A fantastic experience from start to finish , very professional with great attention to detail , just what you need when dealing with planning .
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luis for any drawing you might need

Luis prepared the architectural drawings for my householder planning application and I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish.

Communication was clear, professional and prompt throughout the process. Luis carefully incorporated the amendments I requested during the preliminary stage and ensured the final drawings were accurate, well presented and suitable for submission to the Planning Portal.

The final set included all the necessary scaled drawings, elevations and scale bars required for a planning submission, and everything was delivered exactly as promised.

What really stood out was Luis’s helpful and professional attitude. He made the process straightforward and also offered support should any amendments be requested by the council during the planning process.

The service was also excellent value compared with many architectural firms, while still maintaining a very professional standard of work.

I would happily recommend Luis to anyone needing planning drawings, house extension plans or architectural drafting services.

Thank you again Luis.

I had a very positive experience working with Luis on my planning drawings. He was professional, responsive, and thorough throughout, and delivered clear, accurate drawings ready for submission (including the required site and block plans). Updates were turned around quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Literally can’t fault this service at all, Luis was in constant contact throughout the whole process for my project, detail and drawings on point.
Everything was done in accordance with the requirements for the planning application, which can be quite stressful if you’re new to it, like myself so this took a massive burden off. Would use again no doubt about it! All done online so can fit around being at work etc and very reasonable price.

I didn't realise I could do plans without a firm of architects, then I found Luis. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Luis is very quick at answering my questions. Highly recommend for all your building plans.

Amazing service from Luis, very responsive and managed to provide the plans we needed in a very short time frame!

Very quick and efficient service - simple and easy to deal with, went above and beyond, and was very honest and transparent about the fees involved - they actually reduced the final fee due to the scope of work being less than initially thought - I don't know any company that would do that these days! Thank you very much Luis.
