Easier on Indeed.com and free. I called a month ago to cancel my subscription that I hadn't realized would charge me $24/month. They said they canceled it. Fast forward a month, and I was charged $24 again. I called again, told them I had called a month ago and canceled. I was told they could refund only HALF of the money that was charged to my account, even though it was their incompetence that caused the charge. Absolutely ridiculous waste of money.

My bad experience with billing and customer service.
I signed up for a 7-day trial (approximately $2) to create a cover letter. Six days later, I was charged CAD $42 without clear warning.
I attempted to cancel my subscription and contacted customer support multiple times. Initially, they repeatedly claimed they could not locate my account, despite me providing the correct email and account details. They also requested unnecessary information, including parts of my credit card number, asking for the first 6 and last 4 digits, which felt inappropriate.
After several back-and-forth emails, I mentioned that I had initiated a dispute with my bank. Only then did their responses change, and they began providing different explanations about my account status. The account was described as basic but I was still charged.
Despite trying to cancel and contacting support, I was charged a second time (another CAD $42). I ultimately had to contact my bank, cancel my credit card, and request a new one to prevent further charges.
This experience was frustrating and concerning due to:
* difficulty cancelling the subscription
* inconsistent customer support responses
* being charged after attempting to cancel
I recommend being very cautious when using this service.

However, I am not sure if this attempt to hack my system was caused by your website or not, but someone locked my laptop, and I had to re-boot it in order to get back in. Underhand and you will pay a prescription!
Letter is ok. But, they slip the subscription in. 2 weeks later they are charging an extortionate amount for a service you don’t use. Honestly, with a bit more clarity and a fairer business hand. This would be a good service. But I feel it’s a bit underhand in the way they conduct their business. When you do get the information they need to cancel (although I gave their payment reference number). They put a 10 day charge on to reduce the amount of the monthly payment they will reimburse. So squeezing every available penny out of you. This isn’t for me. Won’t be using their service again and honestly. I won’t be recommending them. Still trying to get a refund for the months they charged for a single letter!

I wasnt given any information concerning my subscription and I was charged 2 times more then i wanted. When I tried to email them the email said that this email couldn't be contacted. I tried calling them, but the answering machine says its looks for my account based on my phone number on my resume. It couldn't find it and I wasnt able to call anyone. The customer service is non existent. Ive email them through other means I still havent gotten back
