MyPerfectCoverLetter was the icing on the cake for me. Like another reviewer, I had not written a resume in decades. This service was Amazing! The fact that it had multiple different formats and it pulls information directly from your resume, it made it extremely easy to use/edit the items you want to include in your cover letter! The only reason I cancelled was because I got the job I applied for (so I didn't need the service anymore)! I'm positive one of the reasons I got a call-back/interview was because of how strong my cover letter was! That tells you everything you need to know right there!

Falsely charged my credit card without informing me
My Perfect Cover Letter kept charging my credit card without informing me that they were going to charge my card and also when they did charge my card, they never sent me a confirmation email informing me that my card was charged. Had I not checked my billing statement, I would never have known that they were charging my card. This means they plan to keep customers in dark when charging their card in the hope that they do not find out and they get free money. Fraudulent and pathetic!
