It's so hard to cancel
The quality of the product is good, but they make it very difficult to cancel. You have to email and call. They couldn't just find my account under my name they asked a ton of questions until I told them I wasn't giving them anymore bank info and would file fraud. I didn't trust the company. Then they suddenly could look up my account under just my name. The worst part is after all of it they tried to sale me a discount membership. JUST LET YOUR CUSTOMERS CANCEL
