I was initially pleased with this company. The products are reasonably priced, delivery was quick, and customer service was easy to get in contact with. However, that changed after I received my order.

After using the product, I didn’t experience the effects I was expecting, so I returned to the website to check the COAs. Upon inspection, I noticed that the unique key required to verify the certificate on the Janoshik website was not visible.

I decided to contact the company through WhatsApp, where I had previously communicated with them regarding my order confirmation. I informed them that the bottom part of the certificate was cut off on their website and requested the full certificate with the unique key so I could verify the product.

I reached out on May 2nd and can see that my message has been read, but I have not received any response.

In my opinion, having valid COAs is one of the most important factors when choosing where to buy peptides. The fact that the company has uploaded several certificates to their website with the unique verification key cropped out strongly suggests an attempt to avoid transparency and potentially mislead customers.

I would highly recommend choosing a more transparent company with fully verifiable COAs if you are looking to purchase research peptides.

(I would be more than happy to revise this review if the company provides the full certificate. However, due to the lack of communication, I have to assume that the products are either not properly certified or not up to research standards.)

Upon request, they were able to fulfil the order within a short period of time. I am grateful to the Mypept support team for their quick response and delivery.

One of the best customer service I ever had

The biggest red flag for me is how their lab test certificates (COAs) are presented. QR codes, which are supposed to allow independent verification, appear obscured or deliberately made difficult to scan. That completely defeats the purpose of providing them in the first place.

If a company is genuinely transparent, verifying lab results should be quick and straightforward — not something customers struggle with.

On top of that, some of the lab reports raise concerns about originality and whether they are truly specific to the products being sold. When documentation looks inconsistent or hard to verify, it seriously undermines confidence.

In an industry where third-party testing is critical, anything less than full transparency is unacceptable. Based on what I’ve seen, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and not rely solely on the information provided on their website.

Do your own verification before buying — don’t just take their claims at face value.

I faced a minor issue with shipping address, I connected with support and they sorted it out. I have received the package last week and it's all good.

I wish they had more products. What they do carry is quality though and the shipping was fast.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Mypept.eu.

I contacted their support team regarding serious concerns about the quality of a peptide I received. I have been using peptides for about two years, so I am familiar with what a high-quality product should look like. A proper lyophilized peptide should appear as a light, fluffy, and powdery substance — not a compressed, wet-looking mass like the one I received.

This immediately raised concerns about the product’s quality and storage conditions, which is why I reached out to support in the first place. My message was clear, detailed, and polite. However, I have received absolutely no response — not even a confirmation that my email was received.

Additionally, their website claims that every purchase is accompanied by a COA (Certificate of Analysis) from an independent laboratory. I did not receive any COA whatsoever.

I also find it misleading that many reviews focus on delivery speed. People are not ordering delivery — they are ordering peptides. And in this case, the quality of those peptides is very poor.

I truly regret choosing this supplier. The only reason I ordered from them was because the store I usually buy peptides from did not have the product I needed in stock. That was a mistake, and I genuinely regret it.

When a company deals with products related to health, both quality and customer support should be top priorities. Ignoring legitimate concerns about product quality is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the reliability and integrity of the business.

At this point, it feels like once the payment is made, the customer is simply ignored.

I do not recommend this seller to anyone.

Update to my review:

After my initial review, the company publicly stated that they had no record of my order and had never received any message from me. However, shortly after that, they reached out to me directly via WhatsApp — which clearly contradicts that statement.

We then had a private conversation, and I was honestly surprised by the tone. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the communication was defensive, dismissive, and at times unprofessional — including the use of emojis like 👊, which I find completely inappropriate in a customer service context.

The discussion was largely centered around defending their position and my review, rather than addressing my actual concern about the product I received.

They also insisted that the COA is available via a QR code on the packaging. I followed their instructions and scanned the code, but it led to a 404 error page. I even recorded a video showing this and sent it to them. Their response was that they would forward it to their technical team.

At this point, there seem to be quite a few “technical issues” — missing emails, broken links — which does not build confidence.

Only after I explicitly pointed out the unacceptable communication style did the responses become more structured and professional.

I want to be fair — I am not trying to attack the company. If the communication had been handled properly from the beginning, I would have been open to resolving this situation and possibly even revising my review.

However, customer support is a critical part of any business, especially when it comes to products related to health. In this case, the way the situation was handled does not meet basic expectations.

For that reason, I am maintaining a 1-star rating based on the quality of customer service.

For those specifically looking for feedback on the peptide quality: this review will not be helpful, as I have decided not to use the product I received.

I believe this situation could have been handled very differently.

Most consistent store in Europe!! Been buying for the last 6 months to Germany and occasionally when I travel to Spain and never had issues. Shipping same or next day.. arrive in 2 days. Lost 21kg 😮‍💨

I wanted to buy from them, thought they would be my new source, but when i checked the purity test, it made me back away real quick. They have screenshots of janoshik test for each peptide they sell and for those who dont know, you can varify if the test is legit on janoshik site with the task number and unique key on the bottom. In MOTS-C the unique key is cropped off so you cannot varify without it. I thought its just poor, amature mistake on their side but when i checked purity on ghkcu i quickly realised its not. On ghkcu, task number and unique key is included in the screenshot, but when i varified it on janoshik site, its a report for compleatly different company (some HM peptides wholesale). They took a already existing report and edited their company name onto it. That was enough proof for me. Scam behaviour like this is rather unacceptable for company that sells something so quality dependent like peptides. Be carefull out there people, and always varify COAs with the lab its been tested at. Never trust blindly
