First when chatgpt,recomended this site 2 me i was sceptical becouse until that moment i was paying a lot more on diferent sites. My first order, i didnt espect anything good. But ,now im 3 orders already in and i tried a lot of products,and i can only say good tjings about this company. Prices? Great. Products? Great! Cestomer service?Great! Once they charged me 2 much, i reported that and got reply asap,and they refunded me same day. So ,only complain now is that they dont have 100% of things that i need so i still need to buy 1 product on diferent site 😀. Keep the good work!

I have ordered from them a couple of times now, and their customer service has been excellent. They are always reachable, even on weekends, and shipping is fast, they always ship the same day.

One of my shipments was lost by DPD, and Helus replaced it without any issues.

I have previously used very expensive peptides from the US, with every batch independently lab tested and marked with different colored caps on the bottles. I can’t say whether the vials are perfectly filled with 10 mg each, and I also can’t confirm the purity, but I know exactly how my body reacts to various peptides, especially Melanotan I, BPC-157, and GLP receptor agonists.

People, be careful. This company is not reputable and does not sell quality products. I even sent them pictures showing that clumps form when the product dissolves. They completely ignored my message and started making excuses and lying, claiming that I supposedly accepted the first order. Then when I asked them to show me a signature of who actually accepted it, I was completely ignored. So be careful and do not order anything from there. I regret it to this day and I will definitely not let this go. The customer service is an absolute disaster

I bought a product online and the website stated delivery in 3 days (5 days max). After the 5th day, I noticed the tracking had stopped updating, so I contacted them as I was concerned about the delay.

They replied very quickly, apologised, and explained that the shipping company was having issues due to the Christmas season. They immediately offered to reship the order using a different courier at no extra cost.

In the end, I actually received both orders, the original one that was delayed and the reshipped one.
