These people will scam you. I returned a phone in the mail. They are saying they didn’t get it and charging me for a phone I don’t have.

If you are actually looking for functionality of the phone, KEEP LOOKING!!
I purchased this phone through BuyCellCleveland. I would use the dealer again hands down. The guys at BuyCellCleveland are legit 5 star guys! They were flexible, compassionate, understanding and willing to work with you! However, the company they use to lease phones through (PayVantage) is not good by no means! I purchased an iPhone 12 256GB in January 23rd, and it was paid off Feb 21st. These people (PayVantage) have a lock on your phone, and control every aspect of your use of the phone. You aren't allowed to restore any iCloud back-ups to the phone. You can only reset certain settings. Tech support, customer service, and the account managers are all rude and unhelpful. If the phone is useless and you can't use it, the only option is to return the phone to them. And lose any money you have invested. Then when you do finally pay them off, they make you wait 3 additional days to remove the lock on the phone.

I am not here to tell anyone not to do business with them because, people will always need this type of service. However, if you have even the most remote better option and can do better, I would STROOOOOONGGLLY advise against these guys.... They are absolutely the worst. These people are worst than trash!!!! If I could give less than one star, I most definitely would!

They are very rude, customer service doesn’t really seem to have been trained in phone etiquette. They don’t really seem to know what they talking about only what they have been told to say and I understand that they have no real control over things but they do have control over how they talk to costumers and how they sound. Mypayvantage locked my phone after not paying a bill once after 3 days I called to get it unlocked and was told it would be unlocked in a moment and it has been several hours and it’s still locked. I want to send the phone back and terminate the whole contract but they won’t even give me an email with instructions. Total scam this company isn’t going to be open for long.

Harassing, rude, and discourteous customer service. I don't even have an account with these people, but they call me to harass me for my identification and information saying that I don't own my phone. I do.

They are literally scammers in every sense of the word.

They won't stop contacting me, demanding I (a male) identify myself to prove I am not whom they are after (a female that used to have my phone number).

AVOID at all costs. This place only wants money, from anyone they can get it from.
