My Music Folders Omdömen 

I ordered a music folder with my girlfriend's name embossed as a Christmas gift. I knew that getting it customized could take longer, especially around the holidays, so I called the next day to see how long it might take to get to me. They told me that there were about 60 orders waiting to be fulfilled. I thanked the person I spoke to and hoped it would get here before the holidays. When I checked the mail the next day, I was delighted to see it had arrived in perfect condition. My girlfriend loved it and is looking forward to using it in the next choir season.

This is our second order with this company. The product is of good quality and the staff is professional. We did not, however, receive the product in the assured timeframe.

Our initial order was placed on November 15th, which was done through a sales associate as the product was "out of stock." We were assured the product would be restocked by December 9th and that we would receive our completed order prior to December 25th.

We placed a follow-up call for an update the week of December 9th and were again assured that the item had been restocked and that we would receive our order prior to December 25th.

The order did not arrive until December 30th. While delayed shipping during the holiday season is completely understandable and can be expected, we did plan around the multiple assurances of the staff that the product would be delivered on time.

Would recommend, but would encourage placing order far in advance.

After placing an online order for music folders, being charged for them yet not receiving them because they were on backorder, I called your company and the gentleman was very nice and understanding. He sent out 8 folders from 40 that he said he had in reserve, so our group was able to perform for Christmas with all matching music folders. The folders were actually larger than I expected. They may be more difficult to handle for some choir members.

I am a beginner singer at age 72. There was not enough room in the binder for all the songs were were singing in our concert. I didn’t know enough to order whatever it is that I need to order so all the songs could be contained in the binder. Oh, well. Live and learn.
