Overall - the customer satisfaction was good. I had several questions about the product and received swift answers. I also received nearly immediate assistance with doing my purchase tax exempt for a church.

The service itself was wonderful - but the folder itself was not what I needed. I am an Episcopal priest and am looking for something that will be versatile enough for me to use a digital bulletin and to be able to preach from my ipad. I was hoping I could figure out a way to make this lay flat (without having to take out the insert and then put it back in during church) for placing on the lectern and preaching. This does not do lay flat. I also did not like that the pieces that hold the iPad in sat directly on power and volume buttons. I know that I could have worked with that - but the not being able to lay flat was really the issue for me.

I'd love to see something along the lines of a three ring binder (not necessarily with the rings but that's a possibility) with a hand strap as well. Something that could be kept open with one hand AND be able to lay flat.

Customer service was prompt and friendly, service was quick, and quality of the service was spectacular. I’m pleased with the work abd look forward to purchasing from them again.

The music folders went out the very same day I ordered and arrived in Hawaii in good shape with plenty of time for me to prep then and swap them in for the really old ones we were using. The choir was excited to have new ones for the first time in about 20 years!

Good service: will work with you if you have issues or special requests with your order. Timing of the order is also reasonable (but still keep in mind ordering when the holidays are on the way).

I just got my 3rd music folder and was very disappointed in the quality compared to my first and even my second. The first one was very nice with a leather-like cover, and nice features like a verticals pencil holder on the left side and I used it for about 10 - 15 years until 1918, when I quit for awhile. After COVID, when I rejoined the choir I used the folds for a short while when the center part that holds the rings just broke down the middle; it was a heavy plastic, and I couldn’t use it any more and threw it away. So I ordered my second one, which wasn’t as nice as the first, but had a metal center,mwhich seemed more durable. It the pencil holder was horizontal across the top and very hard to use, which I didn’t like. Also, the “pockets” across the bottom were flimsy and hard to use. Unfortunately, that folder was consumed by the “Altadena” fire that took our entire house last month. So I ordered my third one trying to get one of the same quality as the first, But the folder overall seems much cheaper, more lightweight straps for holding, and the one strap is “adjustable” which is hard to set an accurate tightness and seems much flimsier. It the pencil holder is vertical on the left side, which I made sure would be the case when I ordered it.

My main problem is/was that I can’t remember what I paid for the first version, or what it was called. A member of the choir still has her original and when I look at it, it is just substantially better.

But, the folder is still better than a plain 3 ring binder. Which reminds me, the original folder had 3 rings, the second and third had to be ordered separately, which I didn’t realize.

I chose the 2-3 days shipping because I was in a hurry. The order arrived promptly and was well packaged. The items were just as described: very nice folder and accessories! Even with the extra shipping fee, the folder was still cheaper than the ones I saw on Amazon, and with much better quality. I am happy with my purchase.

The elastic bands are held on “teeth” made of a very thin paper, like cereal box card. I will be surprised if it makes it through one concert.

The work is excellent, but I was promised delivery in mid-to-late October and they didn’t arrive until December and I had to call to find out they were delayed.
