Easy, takes a lot of stress out of finding a new psychologist or even a psychologist. Good if you have a mental health plan an I believe the fees without are very competitive with other services. I love the communication and dashboard it makes me feel part of the larger process not just the micro. My psychologist summarised each session and has really been spot on, so I know I am listened to and heard. I particularly loved the several suggested psychologist, but even more than that, there is a brief blurb or quote that they feel sums them up as a psychologist. This was made my choice, what Morgan said resonated with me on a heartfelt level. Making payments at the end of the session is so easy, as is the vehicle of computor sessions. I would and have recommended the service to others, my gp and personal friends.

Really easy to sign up, get GP referrals for MHP, and match with a psychologist. You take a quiz, they give you a shortlist of recommended clinical and general psychologists, and you choose from them.
Simple platform to use.

All staff were very kind and helpful when it came to asking any of my questions ..Staff were able to answer in a very clear way.I think this platform is brilliant..

I attended an 80-minute couples therapy session that cost AUD 415, and unfortunately, I did not find it helpful or worth the cost.

Throughout the session, most of the time was spent with my partner and me explaining our situation, while the therapist provided very limited guidance or intervention. There was little to no meaningful analysis of our issues, and I did not feel that the therapist helped us gain any new understanding or perspective.

Additionally, the suggestions offered at the end of the session felt quite generic and superficial, rather than tailored to our specific situation. I also did not experience a sense of empathy or emotional attunement from the therapist, which is something I consider essential in a therapeutic setting.

Overall, the session did not meet my expectations for professional couples therapy, and I left feeling disappointed and unsupported.

My Psychologist through My Mirror listens attentively and provides practical advice. His support during a difficult period of transitioning in a new job has been very important.

I had bad experiences in the past while seeing a psychologist but Allie Ackland has changes my thoughts about what an experienced and professional psychologist can actually do. Allie is caring professional and is actually there to help and not just seeing you as another job. Its only been 2 sessions that i have seen Allie and im starting to feel better already. Wouldn’t recommended another if you are looking for a psychologist

Allie my psychologist, has been very helpful. After just three sessions I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel!

I was advised at short notice of Psychologists cancelling for various reasons. However, I was suddenly taken ill and penalised by being charged (as I failed to send apologies in the my mirror timeframe). One of the psychologists, even advised she was too busy to continue and I was to find another. Very upsetting. Thank you.

We have seen marriage counsellors before and they haven’t helped but our psychologist with My Mirror has really helped my husband and I to reconnect and sort out our problems
We have had approximately 4 appointments now and our marriage has improved significantly.

It is NDIS Accessible and there's lots of options for therapists and times.

As a wheelchair user all pluses to me.
