Not a happy customer from order and still…
Over a week from order and still waiting for delivery.
Delivery company text and said it would be delivered this afternoon. After a no show , no communication and nit answering my calls or messages, I had to call from a different number to get them to answer. I was given excuses and It won’t be delivered for another 2 days.
No I do not recommend

Good morning Paula. We are incredibly sorry to hear of the poor service from the carrier team that we entrust our deliveries to. They have certainly dropped the ball on this occasion with the lack of communication, which is highly unusual, so we will be doing our best to get to the bottom of why this occurred.
Unfortunately, we do not have our own delivery company so do rely on a third party to deliver on our behalf (within 5-10 working days) and apologise for both the inconvenience and lack of response you had from them. Had we been aware of the situation, we would have certainly chased them up on your behalf.
We do hope that you enjoy your order when it does arrive and if we can be of any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

The bed that I purchased online wasn’t the one my grandson wanted when we went to collect! The staff were more than happy to allow us to upgrade the mattress to what he had wanted. Couldn’t thank them enough for allowing this especially at sale time!
